We had a great experience- the staff was friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Great breakfast. Wasn’t impressed with the mattress as I woke up with a sore back (lack of support so prob needs an update) pool and hot tub were nice and clean. We’d definitely stay here again.

Came for a concert, and was a really great experience! And staff was so friendly.

I was impressed with how clean and tidy this place was. I really liked the breakfast. The staff were very nice. There was ample parking, but the parking wasn't free, which is understandable. The neighborhood could be better, but the hotel had good security infrastructure. (You need a room key to unlock the doors to the hotel 24/7, instead of just at night.)

Easy parking behind hotel. It costs $25 to park but prefer this easy access lot to other hotels where I need to park in a ramp. Hotel was quiet and clean. would stay again.

Spent the night after the AC/DC concert. Light rail took us from the airport directly to the hotel and then to the concert venue! The staff was terrific, and the room was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Great job, Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis University Area!

I definitely would stay here again, staff and site were just what I needed.

The check in service was great. The night stay was terrible as the people in the adjacent room were noisy and played video games until 130 am I was not able to fall asleep until 230 am The check out clerk was not customer friendly- made me feel as if I was a nuisance

The hot tub wasn’t hot. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great place to stay. Offered shuttle to medical facilities. Front desk personnel were very kind. Could walk to many places to eat.

Great location for events we were attending, convenient to transit and walkable food options; included breakfast was edible, kitchen staff did a good job with what they had to work with, but reconstituted scrambled eggs, mystery meat, and canned fruit were the staples throughout our stay.

Great location and super clean...

We were required to stay here for a volleyball tournament. We had a king bed, and we randomly ended up in one of four rooms in the first floor. It was a unique setup, and we thought it was really neat and fun! Parking in this are is tight, but I think the hotel does as well as can be expected in this tight space.

Overall friendly staff, nice lobby, clean rooms! Close to our function. I will be staying here if my kids make the Midwest regional swim meet next year!
