This is a good, affordable budget hotel. The front reception staff spoke both French and English and were always ready to assist guests. I was given a small gift bag with water bottles and granola bars upon checking in, which was a nice touch. The A/C worked well and wasn't too loud. The room was fairly clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. I found the website connected to the hotel did not give very much information on amenities, nor was there any pamphlet in the room explaining them. The street can be noisy when there's a show on at Les Foufounes Électriques, a nearby punk rock bar. The area also has some unwell people who can also be loud at times. If you are sensitive to street noise, I would consider an area away from the city center. Location-wise, you are a short walk away from the Quartier des spectacles, which has tons of restaurants, cafes, and bars, as well as hosting tons of amazing festivals. You are also a short walk away from the old port and China town, which makes this a great base to explore Montreal. The hotel doesn't have a shuttle bus connected to it, but from Pierre Elliott Trudeau international you can take the 747 Est bus (it has room for luggage) and you can get off at the De l'Hôtel-de-Ville stop, which will be two blocks away from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here twice during my stay in Montréal. Loved it on both occasions. Rooms were very big with plenty of space. Fridge in room was useful and bathroom was spacious too. Clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive! I would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was clean and loved the coffee and hot chocolate machine. The front staff was always so friendly and helpful. We loved the location and whole experience!

高級感はありませんが、ホテルとしては標準的ではないでしょうか。朝食はロビー横のミニカフェでパンと飲み物を買ってそこで食べられます。その他無料のウォーターサーバーとコーヒー、ホットチョコレートが出るベンダーを自由に使えます。毎朝サーバーの水をボトルに入れて観光に行けたのは便利でした。 強いて言うなら、コインランドリーがあるとよかったです。あと、立地がちょっとだけ怖かった。女性一人だったので夜は早めに帰りました。

The room felt a bit dirty. We stayed for 3 nights and experienced a lot of disrupted sleep from outside noise. Drug users behind the building every night. Road had many homeless and drug users making the area feel a bit unsafe. Seen someone beating their head on a pole. Probably wouldn’t go back. Staff were friendly though.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were cleaned daily and there were no issues with noise.

The hotel is located in downtown, easily walkable to some interesting places esp the riverside,Underground's City, Old Quebec district and to a lot of dining restaurants! China Town is a few blocks away! But parking may not be easy to find. The hotel anyway offers valet parking to its occupants.

Room was clean and comfortable. A little noise from the street, but it’s overlooking Ste Catherine Street, so that’s to be expected. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Parking cost was extra but valet service was efficient.

Stayed at the hotel for second time in 3 weeks. Good geographic location, close to downtown. But unfortunately a number of homeless people around the area. We had a good breakfast at a place more or less across the street in downtown direction.

Clean room and great staff

Nice hotel (clean room) but not as close to Place des Arts as maybe implied. The neighborhood is colorful in a way that some travelers might not be expecting.

This hotel was in a good location; for lots of sightseeing and shopping. We didn’t use the breakfast facilities as wasn’t included and some reviews suggested it wasn’t very varied. So we went to a local brunch spot instead. Reception staff were helpful; especially when my children needed to interpret the WiFi password! Only slight issue was the air conditioning was not quite cool enough, but eventually it did cool the room down enough for a comfortable sleep. There is a vending machine; also some items for sale in the lobby, and free coffee and water dispensers in the lobby too. Would recommend to others.

The area is really going down hill. We noticed a big difference in one year. It’s too bad, such a lovely spot and so close to everything.
