Great hotel all the way around, clean, convenient, and super friendly and helpful staff. Luis at the front door always smiling and ready to give us ideas on things to do, Julio at the pool made sure we had our loungers ready for us when we arrived in the afternoon. Definitely going back!

This hotel was fabulous!!!! Great property, wonderful staff, amazing service. Can’t say enough good things about Estelar Cartagena! We loved it and can’t wait to come back.

I love the place, this was my second time in this hotel I can say that it is amazing. I love the roof top bar, it has a unique view of the city!

Cero ambiente familiar, en especial la zona de piscina. En la zona de piscina mucha gente fumando, tomando y otras escenas que no vale la pena recordar.

Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, comida e bebidas muito boas! Internet em todos os ambientes do hotel, táxi e Uber na porta. Uma piscina incrível, com uma vista espetacular. O lugar perfeito para relaxar! Café da manhã muito bom também!

Excellent staff and very professional!!! Hotel well located close to shopping mall and market. Rooms are very nice and clean. The staff very friendly professional and nobody asked for a tip but they deserve it because they are very nice.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, terrible service, even front desl are rude, the girl didnt even wanted to give me my receipt at check out, the food is terrible, hours to even bring water to your table. Only 2 towels in the bathroom for 4 people and nothing else, not even for the face etc, I really don't recommend it at all. Felt very unsafe.
