The room was clean and had all the amenities described. Lovely view of Bras D'Or from the window or the chair just outside the room. Very cute dogs at the office

The room had a lovely view. You could walk about but not for din6, since it's on the highway and it is quite busy. Staff was wonderful. Great to be able to do laundry onsite.

Stayed here for 4 nights a few years ago. Liked it so much we added a 5th night this trip. Clean, super comfy beds, excellent wifi, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Super friendly staff too. Doesn't get much better. And a good price to top it 9ff.

Great place clean and fantastic location. They are very pet friendly. They have labs and a sign says you might get to meet them. My only complaint was not seeing them.

Very friendly & welcoming at reception. That’s Nova Scotian hospitality. Many thanks to our host. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Close to Charlene’s Restaurant with the best seafood chowder. We have stayed here before & would do so again.

Lovely motel. It much to do in the area but a great place to stop for the night. Staff was great.

Loved the two brother dogs. They greeted everyone so nicely. The beds were comfy. The staff were very friendly. Location perfect. We did the cabot trail from there and also left to see Fort Louisbourg from the hotel. The bathroom door hinges needed lubrication. Thats are minor detail unless you have to go in the middle of the night lol. Eoom was always kept nice and clean.

Lovely motel with a beautiful view of the water. Staff were fantastic!! We stayed here on our way off the Cabot Trail. (We did it counter clockwise). Not many restaurants near but a great General store just at the corner down the road with a take out counter and great fresh baking. We chose to get simple sandwiches on their fresh homemade bread. Best sandwich we may have ever had. And try their ‘pocket sandwiches’. Wonderful! Great stay. Would stay again.

Our room was absolutely beautiful, and very clean. The owner is very personable and lovely to speak with. We took our provided outdoor chairs over to a grassy area to enjoy the water view. Out of the 7 hotels we’ve stayed out on this trip, Fair Isle ranks #1.
