My friend recommended this hotel for me on a long road trip and it was perfect

Toilet stopped working and the room was either too cold or too warm.

Staff friendly and helpful, good, friendly bartender. Nicely appointed rooms.

Staff: great; room: too spartan, not enough clothing storage.

Surroundings are policed, too rough a neighborhood as it appears. Unusually too silly as the square toilet, etc. Bed wasn’t made. Some staff acted like they were haughty and robotic.

We always stay here when we're in town for ball games. Very walkable neighborhood and tons of dining options.

Very modern and clean but bed was too firm for our taste. The shower was fantastic. Friendly staff but I expect it when in Minneapolis.

I had pre-paid for the visit, am a Marriott Ambassador, and had lost my wallet. They refused to give me access to my room until a kind stranger paid the incidentals fee. I offered my Ramp card, Apple Pay, any way to pay, and both the front desk and manager refused me, ultimately opting to let me sleep outside in the rain instead of providing access to the room I had already paid for. They also informed me a refund would not be issued LOL. Love Marriott, Hate this location. Would never recommend.

Hotel itself is very nice and was a great location for what we were in town for! The parking was expensive (added $40 to the night). The beds were very uncomfortable so did not have a restful sleep unfortunately.
