The staff were very friendly and welcoming, however, the building was in a decadent state - worn out linen, dirty mattresses, the bathroom facilities were in a bad state and for three nights I didn’t have my towels changed once. Very low value for money. Add to that the horrible place Sunny Beach has turned into - no infrastructure, poor public transport, dirty beaches, no showers at the beach and thugs walking all over the resort.
