Excellent propeymrty hands down

So Migel at the check in was awesome and professional. Margaret was cleaning away and this hotel was much cleaner than the other we were at. Jin was very accomodating during breakfast which made us feel heard and made sure everything was good

Stayed 1 night but it was very convenient that everything was pretty much included, the food was pretty great and a great breakfast selection.

The breakfast was really good and the staff was helpful and friendly. I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order for the whole time we were there. It was the only hotel on our trip with a hot tub and I was looking forward to it. Other than that, everything about the hotel was excellent.

The room was big and extremely clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Zero complaints. This was the nicest hotel room my family stayed in during a 3-week trip.

Smooth checking in process, the pool and food

Service staff was super nice and helpful. Wish there would have been some variety in the breakfast from one day to the next, but what was there was good.

Easy check in! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very pleased at the dinner and breakfast buffet that was included in the price. We stayed 1 night with grandkids and they loved the pool. Will use this hotel for overnight stays in the area from now on.

This was our second stay at this property and the experience unfortunately wasn’t as good as the first. I booked the same type of room this stay as the first visit and the room this time was much smaller. I requested to be on the top/ an upper floor away from a busy street and though I realize this is at the discretion of the property, we were assigned a room on the second floor overlooking the main parking lot. The coffee maker inside our room needs to be cleaned out thoroughly as there was a slimy buildup in the reservoir. Overall the room was cleaned and decorated well. The beds are comfortable and the dining options with breakfast are always delicious. The staff there are great, I would’ve appreciated more attention being taken to accommodate the request, or even acknowledge that the request existed.

Our family enjoyed the room and the amazing shower. The shower head was large and had great water pressure. The evening and breakfast buffets were great with yummy food and a variety of options. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time here! Everything from Adel who was wonderful and checked us in then the indoor outdoor pool, the fabulous breakfast and dinner buffets w free drinks, cleanliness, etc. were just terrific! Highly recommend!
