Nice stay for family visit. Easy to find and great location. Laundry room was a definite favorite.

Hotel was nice. Front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly.

Very nice stay. The only complaint was low water pressure in the shower.

Close to restaurants and shopping

The room is large and roomy. Full sized refrigerator and a dishwasher!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Will always search for Candlewood when I need a place to stay in the future.

My experience was great! The room was nice and very comfortable. It was quiet! We had our dog with us and it was truly dog friendly. The staff at the office were very nice. Next time I’m in town I will definitely stay there again!

Property was clean, neat, and was fairly quiet.. bed and pillows were great.

We rented a 1 bedroom suite for Th (Check-In)-Sun (checkout). TV in Master Bedroom did not work. After multiple calls to the Front Desk, they told us the remote for the living room ran both TV's and the hotel was full so they had no other remote. Turns out Rm 215 was the only room with the problem. They finally got us a remote on Saturday. As for housekeeping, they did NOT clean our room the entire stay. On Friday, we were gone before they came around, on Saturday we left 10-15 minutes after they tried to enter the room. My husband let them know we'd be leaving shortly but he said it was apparent she didn't speak English. As we went down the hallway, he let them know they were free to enter the room. Much later that day after we returned, we discovered they NEVER cleaned the room.

The room was great, spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean. The beds were great. The hotel itself is convenient located near a shopping area. The area itself was quiet. No breakfast was offered, but since the room came with great ammenities, this really was not an issue.

The rooms were very large and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We only stayed one night, but it would be great for longer visits!

Overall things were good but the carpet and bed cover were way too dusty for me and really flared up my allergies affecting my stay. Not sure I could tolerate staying there again. Everything else was ok, I just got destroyed by the dust/molds in carpet and dust on bed cover.

The room was great and the hotel had a great location for this business trip. I would have preferred complimentary breakfast in exchange for some of the room amenities but overall I had a great experience.

Stayed for a dance competition. Spacious rooms and clean. But sefinitely need upgrading. Also no breakfast offered. Rooms have little kitchenettes which is nice. Front desk was nice and friendly. Easy parking. Also had issue with shower not shutting off. Plus could hear person in the next room coughing.

Nice rooms however Room 208 was so noisy. Not sure if it was a pipe or vent but it was an almost constant thumping sound coming from vent area in bathroom. Enough to keep you awake. The picture on 2nd floor by elevators was busted up. The bathroom door had a big hole in door covered up. Just easy fixes would make things look better. Remote was having a heck of a time working. All in all it wasnt bad but management should take care of some of the things I listed above for future guests.
