Las fotos no son la realidad, muy sucios los cuartos

Fue una mala experiencia, nos mandavan a una avitacion improvisada a un lado de recepcion, cuando la reservacion era para una habitación con balcón. Despues nos cambiaron a una habitación que estava en mtto, que no tenia agua calienta y no tenia wifi, ademas no havia forma de comunicarme a recepción. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación que no tenia ni ventana ni ventilacion, ademas que no tenian la llave de la puerta, asi que cada que saliamos y queríamos entrar tenian que ir los de recepcion. En fin una mala experiencia.

We have stayed there many times and I like it. This time, however, the man working the front desk ENTERED OUR ROOM at 2am. No knock, just entered. Why? Not sure. My family and I were sleeping. Who does this? I would not have published a review about the property except that the hotel sent me a message asking me to do so. In the future - instead of sending nondescript form messages - don't have your staff wake up my family at 2am

Habitación amplia y calidad

Too much humidity in the room, it should be advised that Bazars are held in the main atrium of the hotel which makes it quite noisy. During the check in the staff was not the most amicable, they were not rude

Room was clean. Had a small issue but was resolved quick. Staff was great.

Good heat in our room friends not so much (we were on the ground floor, they were on the first)

Room was clean staff was nice. But big down was no internet. I was going to stay another night but had to leave due the no wifi. Should of let me know before check-in. I would've not stayed.

Nuestra estancia fue tranquila y sin mayores inconvenientes. La propiedad está en una sección del centro de la ciudad cerca de los sitios de interés. En cuanto a la habitación, la cama es amplia y cómoda y los techos altos le dan un plus; sin embargo, carece de luz natural, las vistas de las ventanas dan hacia el interior del hotel únicamente, por lo que no es posible tener privacidad sin estar a oscuras; la regadera con muy buena presión pero no desaloja el agua tan rápido, por lo que se estanca rápido. El lavamanos muy mal: muy poca agua y a presión altisima, chapoteando todo al rededor. La atención y disposición del personal, bien. Los estacionamientos de la zona son carísimos, entonces la pensión que tiene el Hotel con el estacionamiento es conveniente, sin embargo sí representa un gasto significativo si traes vehículo.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay.The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, with stunning grounds that truly make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The amenities and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Querétaro.

Sin agua, pésimas condiciones, mucho ruido, nada que ver con las imágenes y la realidad

Room was good, but the internet could be better to be offered at all locations with one password, need to upgrade internet system. Also, too many remotes for the TV.

De repente dias sin agua caliente, no subia el agua al baño , cada dia tenian que volver programar la llave de acceso, muy decepcionado, esta bien ubicado pero falta mucha atencion

El hotel necesita mantenimiento, tiene vidrios rotos, accesorios que están por caerse, pero el staff es muy amable. El lugar está limpio y las camas son muy cómodas, su ventaja es que está en pleno centro cerca de todo.

Muy sucio el lugar, no lo limpiaban, las escaleras sucias, la habitacion comoda, el aire si servia, pero la instalacion obscura, fria y sucia
