成立超過三百年的經典日式溫泉旅館，不管是文化傳承服務的心意許多微小的細節，以客為尊傳統精神。精緻的餐飲無不達到最高的水準。唯一比較辛苦的地方就是停車，因為藏王溫泉的溫泉街非常的狹小會車不容易如果來自駕的話建議開小一點的車子

正統日式料理精緻美味，房間乾淨舒適，服務人員親切，飯店維持的非常好，很棒的住宿體驗。

環境不錯，但服務一般。事源lobby WiFi可連接，但房間WiFi卻連接不上，服務員只堅持解釋他們自己手機可以連接，只是我們三只devices有問題，拒絕我們建議將房間樓層的router restart. 毫不願意嘗試幫客人解決問題

気遣い、食事、温泉、いずれも期待を上回る また違う季節に行ってみたい

A well maintained beautiful classic traditional Japanese ryokan, the service is on the top notch. Everything is perfectly presented. We had a great time staying at the ryokan.

4種類の素晴らしい温泉に入ることが出来ます。 食事は精緻な日本料理を頂くことが出来ます。 部屋も広く、快適な睡眠を得ることが出来ました。

料理も美味しくとても満足できました。ただ、エアコンが後付のせいか、空調が整うまでかなりの時間が必要でした。

Excellent onsen with relatively high temperature (~50 degree celcius) Vintage design and appearance, stairs (~20-30 steps) in front of main entrance, shuttle car to bus station available Superb food provided with decent services !

The staff was great! They take care of everything and are super friendly.

The staffs are very nice and polite. Both dinner and breakfast are fantastic. Love the onsens. Definte will come back.
