Rooms were very clean and large! The staff were also very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed the accommodations to and from the train station. I really appreciated that the most. The room was clean, and everyone was pretty helpful. However, I don't think it's the best hotel for travelors that don't understand the culture or don't speak Japanese to some degree. I think the amenities are awesome, I just don't think it can be understood easily without more English guidance. For example, the yukata that were near the elevator. Or the rental yukatas in the hotel shop, the sign is in Japanese and looks like merchandise. I only had one major complaint, and it was that the slippers provided were the most painful, uncomfortable slippers I've worn in Japan, and as someone who packed light, I didn't bring my slippers, though I knew better. The breakfast was amazing and the views were really nice. I also liked the welcome reception. I recommend the hotel!

新幹線トラブルでチックインが21時になってしまいましたが､天堂駅までお迎えに来ていただきとても助かりました。 お風呂の温度もよく、また脱衣所とも広くてとてもいいお湯でした。 夕食のステーキがたいへん美味しかったです。

Best Onsen experience i ever been. Really premium and quiet luxury

出張で、取引先の勧めで利用しました。 食と温泉、山形の2台名物が堪能できました。 朝食のバイキングは、どの料理も美味しく、つい食べすぎてしましました。 が、食べられるなら全種制覇&いくつかおかわりしたいほど。 何日か滞在したら確実にウェイト増かもしれないです。

Excellent clean and tidy,

始めて天童市に訪問先で滞在しましたが、駅からの送迎をすぐにしていただいたことから始まり、ウェルカムドリンクの充実(玉こんにゃくも！)、部屋のきれいさなど素晴らしい施設です。今回プランはラウンジ利用もついていたのですが、コチラはビール/日本酒/ワインとマンガを堪能できる天国…！お料理も地の物を使った丁寧なお料理で最高に美味しかったです！

加齢のせいで寝起が不便、ベットを選択出来れば嬉しい。 ご時世です。枕元にはコンセント必須。

11月はじめに宿泊致しました。 ゆったり温まれる温泉で癒されました。 ウェルカムドリンク（生ビール）美味しく頂きました。

大規模温泉ホテルのお手本の様なホテル。 将棋の名人戦が開催されるほどのホテルなので、従業員の対応も問題なし。 売店の女性だけはちょっと愛想なかったけど☺️ お湯も大変良く、露天風呂もなかなかな壮観な眺めでした。
