I came to the hostel around 7:30pm, the reception was closed, we did not receive the code for the main entrance and the information of lock box, we were left helplessly outside the entrance until a lady resident came back and she explained she was the same situation last night and someone helped her too. She helped us contact the reception and got the code for us. It was no good for late check in people. No elevator in the building, so be mindful to walk up 2 to 4 floors. Clean up the room by request only, not compulsorily. I graded 60 out of 100, the location is very good.

Bon séjour. Nous n'avons vu personne à l'accueil parce que nous sommes arrivés tard et partis tôt, mais ce n'était pas grave. C'était un peu bruyant, mais normal pour un soir de feria.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great central location, plenty of shops and restaurants for all your needs

Hiç steril değildi. Şimdiye kadar kaldığım en kötü hosteldi diyebilirim. Tuvaletler, duşlar temizlik açısından hijyenik değildi.

Great price, superb location, spacious room, friendly staff. What more do you want? Or you can stay round the corner in the hotel Alfonso XIII for quite a lot more money!

Tout est parfait, la localisation très proche des centres d'intérêts, personnel très agréable malgré mes difficultés de compréhension, j'ai super bien dormi, c'est propre et sécurisé.

O colchão não é confortável, o banheiro tmb deixa a desejar, pra tomar banho tem ficar segurando a ducha, não tem um suporte

Merkezi konumda olması çok büyük avantaj. Fiyatı da diğer hostellere göre çok uygun.

Decent location, but no help from reception wrt. a person sleeping in my bed. When I asked which bed was theirs, another person was in that one. Receptionist ghosted me and did not answer. Also promises benefits from hotels that you will not receive. Overall bad vibes, would recommend you avoid. Cleanliness and beds are average for a hostel.

2ème séjour à l'hôtel Rio et toujours un grand plaisir ! Accueil, prix, décoration, confort... tout est parfait ! Je reviendrai forcément avec plaisir.

J'etais là pour un séjour à Séville. Bien que je sois plutôt quelqu'un de tolérante, il faut bien reconnaître que 3 ou 4 des personnes qui étaient présentes étaient des jeunes assez bruyantes, portant peu d'intérêt au fait que d'autres à côté d'elles dorment, ce qui m'a valu trois mauvaises nuit. Sinon, le personnel était sympathique, le logement climatisé très bien situé (attention au bruit des calèches tard la nuit). La literie laisse un peu à désirer mais c'est suffisant pour quelques jours.

They just need to put a sign to know where the hostel is located, but everything else was fine and close to most interesting places.

Parfaitement placé, il manquait juste des rangements dans la chambre pour que tout soit parfait.
