Hotel staff is welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a family. Has great amenities. The downsize is that our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking a trailer park. It’s odd when you see them and they see you. Opt for the other side, overlooking the highway instead.

Just what I needed for a college visit to

Everyone was very nice and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Check in staff (evening shift) had to finish their own conversation before helping me, they were complaining about other customers directly and loudly within countertop distance of me. Night shift was rude when I asked nicely if they had anymore cold water because fridge hadn’t been restocked. Day shift check out individual was extremely cheerful and helpful and kind

Great Hotel and Location

Highly attentive staff, clean rooms

Overall a great experience. The one thing that would be an improvement would be the doors for the shower and restroom areas in the room. When the doors are closed and the lights are turned on it is EXTREMELY bright in the room. WAY TOO bright. If we had small children, it would definitely wake them up. This is a poor design. Not enough to make me use another hotel, however it is very close to being a deal breaker.

Very roomy family-friendly suites with split bathroom. Separate bathtub/shower with well-lit sink/spacious counter; then a toilet room with equally spacious counter/sink made showers and getting ready in very timely manner. Couch and desk area very roomy also.

We had a large room (suite?) that would have fit six if we used the pull out. It was soooo roomy and the BEST was a separate room for the toilet. What?!? That was awesome- toilet and sink in one room, shower and sink in another. I’ve not seen that before and it was great! Staff was great and the breakfast was really good for a buffet style. Coffee was good and the hotel was really clean - all around def 5 stars. Esp in today’s mediocre hotel status!
