Loved the hotel - would highly recommend!

The staff are wonderful, very friendly very nice and very. They always greet you with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. Also, the breakfast lunch and dinners are very well prepared.

Great helpful staff

For the price, this property is not worth it. It costs almost the same as the Marriott Fairfield, but the conditions here are much worse. The building is old, and there’s no backup generator, which is a big issue. The room and especially the bathroom desperately need renovation. I’ve stayed at other boutique hotels in the area that were cheaper and far better, with everything included. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Ich kann dieses Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Kathmandu sehr empfehlen. Nicht nur, dass man einen kostenfreien Transfer vom Airport zum Hotel hat, auch das Frühstück war enthalten. Optional sogar auch das Abendessen. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und das Bad war sauber. Ebenfalls die Lage war gut, sodass man das Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte.

Property was a good 3-star rate, staff was excellent, atmosphere was enjoyable. Renovation around the hotel made access inconvenient during the time of my stay.

Great staff, good property. Needs to rethink rooms a bit hard to store suitcases as designed. And add some bedside lights. Need a Phd to work the TV.

Excellent place with wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the ambience of the hotel was lovely. Very charming place. I'd gladly recommend it.

Other than the usual clean room and friendly staffs service . we would like to extend our appraisal to the hotel staffs who offer to help , even after their working hour . We checked out the hotel on 9/6/2024 . and was at the airport , screening our luggages at the airport X-ray screening station, shockingly , the officers told us that an item is prohibited from leaving without proper paper documents . Hence we have to ask some friend to take back . We called the hotels for help and within minutes, the hotel staffs despatch their airport incharge , returned to the airport just because we need someone to help us . Credit should go to the hotel staffs namely Mr Apil Khanal and Ms Pratikshya . T I thanks the hotel and the staffs and would like to be back this hotel .

Excellent place to stay in Thamel. Very clean rooms, good bed, shower, great breakfast. Good location with access to everything yet quiet. Very pleasant garden atmosphere inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful for arranging transportation for us to Pokhara. Highly recommend.

Staying here was just perfect! The staff is so nice and helpful. we cannot thank them enough. Everything was so nice, really clean and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are really comfortable. The food was also great (breakfast and dinner). It was the first time we tried Momos and Dal Bhat and they were so nice explaining everything to us. We came to Nepal and wanted to do the Everest base camp trek but did not book anything in advance.. we were so lucky because the hotel manager was so kind and helped us book a lovely local guide and he even helped us book the flights which was extremely helpful. The travel support in this hotel is beyond perfect. So well organized and they always made sure we were fine during our trek and we had everything we needed. Next time we come to Nepal we will definitely stay here again and we would also book our activities again with the help of the hotel travel support. We can recommend this place and are so happy they made our stay in Nepal unforgettable. Big thanks to the hotel manager and staff! G. and E

Wonderful staff

This was a conveniently placed hotel in a quiet road..Staff were attentive. Prices for food and drink were on the high side but not excessively so.

My second stay while traveling to Nepal. Lovely property in quiet area of Thamel. Wonderful staff and nice rooms. Food and beverage services are excellent.
