Wir hatten großes Glück und haben bei Cathy im Stonehouse ein Zimmer gebucht. Und was sollen wir sagen?Wir waren schwer begeistert.Cathy ist eine außergewöhnlich freundliche wie zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft persönlich begrüßt und fühlten uns als wären wir bei der Familie eingekehrt.Sie hat wertvolle Insidertipps für Ihre Gäste um einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu garantieren, zBsp den Kontakt zu einem kleinen aber feinen Winzerbetrieb.Das Stonehouse ist ein Bed and Breakfast mit wenigen Zimmern,d.h. man kann sich hier definitiv sehr gut erholen.Es liegt zentral in St. Julian, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.Nicht weit entfernt, ist eine kleine Zone mit diversen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es verfügt außerdem über eine kleine Terrasse im Innenhof mit einem kleinen Pool um sich in den heißen Monaten etwas abzukühlen. Das Internet ist sehr stabil. Die kleine aber feine Auswahl an Zimmern ist jeweils individuell und außergewöhnlich gestaltet. Das gesamte Haus ist beeindruckend gestaltet und man findet immer etwas, was schön anzusehen ist. Hervorzuheben ist der gepflegte Gesamtzustand und die exzellente Sauberkeit.Kaffee, Tee und Wasser war zu jederzeit in den einzelnen Etagen für die Gäste (for free) vorhanden.Jeden Morgen gibt es ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, welches Cathy selbst für die Gäste vorbereitet.Es gibt auch einige lokale Produkte wie Joghurt,Käse,Honig und Oliven.Es wird außerdem ein Shuttleservice gegen geringe Gebühr angeboten.

Cathy is an amazing host who has made the stay very enjoyable, we were sad to leave and wished we had booked the rest of our trip at the Stonehouse instead of moving around. The accommodation was very well decorated with some nice authentic touches. The accommodation is in a very good location - tucked away in a quiet road yet within a minutes walk to a very bustling scene, great for food, drinks, getting around etc. Next time we visit Malta we will book our entire stay here - hoping to meet Cathy again.

Cathy è semplicemente magnifica una padrona di casa che ti propone e da ottimi consigli su cosa e dove andare a Malta. Un posto da non mancare

階段2階の部屋に荷物を運ばない。 テレビはない。通常テレビを見るような音量で音楽を聴いていたところ（テレビがないため）、うるさいと言われ、翌日ちょうしょくまえに20分の説教。 ついているはずのウォーターボトルはなし。 ベッドに砂、タオル交換なしに至っては嫌がらせレベル。 トイレットペーパーの補充がないため補充する様にいったら、補充をしたと言い張り、なぜ使い切ったか？と聞かれる。部屋にティッシュがないからだ。言い方が気に入らないといちいちつっかかってくる。 日本人は礼儀正しく、お土産を持ってきてくれると言われ、お土産をみせられる。滞在先のオーナーに土産を要求されてのは初めての経験でびっくりとと同時に図々しさに呆れる。 本当に図々しい感じの悪いオーナーでマルタそのものが嫌いになった。

Cathy was just excellent. Property is very beautiful. Excellent location. In particular, Cathy was most helpful in organizing day trips to the beach and advising us on tours. Would highly recommend a stay here.

This is a lovely quiet place to stay in a very good location. Cathy is a wonderful host.

A unique Limestone property with just 4 rooms in the pretty town of St Julian’s. In about 5 mins walk you are on the harbour front full of restaurants and easy bus links (including tour buses) for anywhere. The owner Cathy was very friendly and full of advice. Breakfast was a buffet type served from Cathy’s kitchen. Highly recommended, we would be very happy to return.

Very convenient place(the centre of St Julians), a large clean room, and a friendly owner! There're a lot of famous restaurants near the hotel. It's quite easy to access a bus stop (we can visit Valetta, Gozo island and Comino island directly to use the bus stop). And the most impressive issue was a friendly owner! She let me know famous restaurants( I went to some recommended restaurants during the vacation), how to go to sightseeing spots, and a lot of Malta TIPS!! I was really satisfied with the services! :)

Great stay at the Stone House, Cathy is a lovely and helpful host who always gives useful advices . Rooms are cosy, the house is very original and close to bus stations and city center

Cathy is the best host we have ever encountered. Very friendly, helpful and gave us many tips on what to do. The location is quite useful as well, with a bus stop a minute or so walk down some stairs down the road. We were initially worried about the location as we heard that St Julian’s is a party town with plenty of clubs and bars but that seemed to be a bit further north (I think the next bus stop) so Stonehouse was situated in a very peaceful place. Overall, loved the place, grateful Cathy was our host and available for a couple of chats and would love to return here again one day.

Hotel is well located to explore the sights of Malta. The rooms are perfect and the host Cathy is very helpful and had many good suggestions for making the most of our stay in Malta.

Beautifully restored house, kept entirely in the traditional Maltese style. The rooms are very spacious, and the house is in a very quiet area, even though it's only a few hundred meters away from all the restaurants etc. The owners are a lovely and very welcoming couple, who work hard to meet everyone's individual needs.

Fantastic guest house and lovely hostess. The owner is very passionate about Malta so she gave us a good deal of useful information about what to do and see in Malta. The room itself was stunning. Good quality of sleep and also very good breakfast with a variety of choices. The local area is rather busy with a few bars and restaurants.

We really enjoyed st Julian and Valletta. The area around st Julian is very built up with modern type building apartments which is a shame as it make the area like all other coastal towns. Valletta and Silema was very nice and made for a good walk to the harbour and a ferry trip to Valletta and the harbour tours. Didn't like St. Paul's at all bit like a seaside town in England.

マルタの歴史的な建造物を改築した、とても素敵な石づくりのB&Bです。 小さなカトラリーから部屋のインテリア、エクステリア、建物の隅々に至るまで、オーナーのセンスとこだわりが行き届いた、それでいて無駄な物のない空間。そんな部屋の快適さもさることながら、特にプールのある中庭はとても居心地が良く、いつまでも過ごしたくなってしまいます。 オーナーのCathyさんもとても親切で気遣いに優れた女性で、日本びいきだったこともあり、楽しく安心して過ごせました。 また、バス停や繁華街まで歩いてすぐという立地の良さも良かった点です。 再びマルタに行くことになると思いますが、またここにお世話になりたいと思います。
