We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. Thank you all.

The room was spacious, very clean, sound proof, the pillows and linens were excellent, top quality, breakfas was very good, very quiet and ver refined hotel in the centre of Seville.

Fizemos a escolha do nosso hotel 2 meses antes da nossa estadia, ou seja, apos analisar diversasr opcoes, decidimos ficar no Mercer, entretanto ao chegar no hotel, supostamente 5 estrelas, nos informaram que nao havia agua quente disponível e que teriam que nos colocar em outro hotel da rede. Como um hotel supostamente 5 estrelas nao possui agua quente?? Enfim, nos mandaram para um hotel inferior, quarto menor e ficou por isso. Enfim o atendimento 5 estrelas ficou a desejar.

We loved our stay here. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was spacious and comfortable, every detail was thought through. We especially appreciate the very kind and helpful staff. The restaurant and bar are also very worth visiting, especially for breakfast. If we are ever in Seville again, this is where we will stay. Thank you for everything!

This hotel was incredible. The front desk team made us feel right at home. Pablo the concierge is also amazing! He booked all of our lunch and dinner reservations and picked the most spectacular places. The rooftop pool is great after a hot day of walking around, and the rooms are comfortable. Highly recommend!

All round exceptional service, property and location!

The personalized and attentive, yet not overbearing, hospitality of this hotel made our stay here special. The rooms were lovely, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The design of the hotel was great, having multiple places to sit both on each floor and the lobby, and enjoy natural sunlight coming through while waiting for the rest of our group. The bar area and the restaurant each had multiples rooms / areas which adds to the privacy and ambience. We would definitely stay here again.
