Parking was secure but access was difficult. Property is simply a little tired - cleaning standards are reasonable but not great. Night porter was unhelpfu but other staff on reception were great. Overall, will not stay again.

Spotless hotel throughout, friendly staff and despite being next to the main road you couldn’t hear a thing! Very convenient for the tube into central London (tube is a 2min walk) and parking as well is a BIG bonus! Thanks for a fantastic stay, will definitely be back

We had an amazing 2 night stay. Staff extremely friendly and on check in, offering us a complimentary drink as it was our anniversary. Room was also very nice and we slept well. Great location too, 2 min from Hendon which got us about London easily. Would recommend and definitely stay again!!

Absolutely wonderful stay, all the staff were so gracious and kind and they decorated the room for us for our anniversary which was such a lovely surprise! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel is about 2-5 mins from the tube station to get you into central London. I would 100% recommend these guys and if I am ever in London again, I would defo rebook!

Free parking, always a bonus in London. Great location for the tube, Hendon central is a 2 minute walk away. Rooms are always immaculately clean & staff friendly.

We had viewed the Hide hotel online before booking and it appeared a modern hotel with positive reviews. When we arrived we weren’t disappointed, the hotel is modern with a boutique vibe. It is a small hotel which is a positive in my opinion. We had an executive room which was clean , tidy and modern. The continental breakfast was very good and competitively priced, and parking was free and seemed plenty of spaces. Overall a pleasant experience and would stay there again. Recommended

The room was not in good condition on arrival, it looked like the bed had been slept in. The heat had also been turn up so high what it was very uncomfortable.

This hotel was convenient by a tube station and not very far from Wembley but certainly free of any updates/upgrades in the past several years. Very basic accomodations for basic price.

The hotel room had very poor lightening so the room was dark. It was a struggle to apply my make-up in the room and bathroom as there was no lightening near any of the mirrors and the lighting in both rooms were dim.

Second time staying at The Hide Hotel in London and each time has been fabulous! Staff are welcoming and very attentive. Rooms are spacious, clean and luxuriously decorated to a high standard. Rooms are well equipped with refreshments, storage, a mini fridge and eletrical sockets (including USB, bathroom shavers/toothbrush). The complimentary toiletries and slippers are a nice touch too! The hotel is perfectly situated for nearby public transport (Hendon Central), shopping (Brent Cross) and easily accessible road links. Overnight parking is free. Spaces are limited, although if you can brave the narrow access to the rear of the hotel, there's additional spaces for small/medium sized vehicles. The hotel is on an incredibly busy road, however soundproofing is great and I've not found noise levels to be an issue. We usually eat out, therefore cannot comment on the breakfast. There's a plethora of quality eateries nearby if you like variety. The Hide Hotel has become a home from home whenever visiting central London. Certainly, a rare gem and very reasonably priced for the location. I look forward to returning again!
