Very well-maintained property with very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Hopeless service and staff with Hopeless terms and conditions. I wouls say go for Vivanta if possible but not Novotel

全体的にはいい滞在だった。もっともよかったのは朝食のスクランブルエッグ。絶妙の具合でインドで食べた朝食の卵料理でベストだった。部屋は広くて清潔。ベッドの寝心地も上々。 一方で細かい点で不満が少々。部屋のエアコンの調整が効かなかった。ファンスピードを弱にしても強いまま。止めるしかない。チェックインは割と時間がかかった。このクラスのホテルの平均以下の遅さ。エレベーターのボタンの反応の悪さも気になった。

Kanishka, the night duty manager was great in assisting us with a smooth checkout. He even assisted when the room device were slow and introduced us to Dinku in the travel desk to take us to kamakhya temple as we didn’t know much coming from London. Dinku made sure of taking care of us during our journey to kamakhya and airport while going back to London. Absolutely brilliant set of people who made us love the experience. We’ll come back again and refer our friends too!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Guwahati, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was met with a combination of outstanding factors that made my stay truly memorable. Stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed every bit of it. Stellar service from Ranoj (Front Desk) and Shruti (Housekeeping).

The check in took for hours. Rooms were not ready. We came in at 2 had lunch and even at 3.15, were told rooms were getting ready. After this hiccup- it was hunky dory- all smooth.

Extremely disappointing. Nothing was good from courteousness, hospitality, food, service. The wood work also in shabby condition. Had to check out and move to another Hotel after 2 days

For the price of this hotel things should have been better. We stayed for 2 nights and were never able to get more than one English language channel on the television. The "engineer" came to our room twice and spoke to someone on his phone, asking us specifically what channels we wanted, one by one, and still we only got BBC World News.... eventually. International hotels in this price range always include a basic English language package to include plenty of news and entertainment. Overall, the quality and standard of this hotel has gone down in the last several years. The Taj Vivanta is almost the same price so we will be staying there on our next visit.

The COVID-19 pandemic demands extreme precautionary measures and diligent practices..and every single housekeeping staff lived up to every expectation

Arrogant and non courteous staff. Food is over priced with less quantity and doesn’t taste good.

The staff was very professional and personal when dealing with me. Found the experience better than Taj Vivanta Guwahati.
