Uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, een zeldzaam uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, een bed om veel te lang in te blijven liggen en de perfecte ligging in de schitterende stad Antwerpen.

Really great hotel, very close to the station and walking distance to the historical area. Funky decor and fab breakfast

Friendly welcome. Arrived early, room ready so we could check in - made a real difference to our day. Room was lovely, good facilities. Location was great for us - near the station and a 20 minute walk to the old town. We didn’t use the trams or buses but I’m sure there are quicker ways to get places if you don’t want to walk. Had 2 nights here and 2 good sleeps. Would recommend.

アントワープ中央駅から徒歩5分ほどですのでスーツケースがあっでそれほど苦ではありません。フロントもフレンドリーかつ丁寧でよかったですし、部屋も広く冷蔵庫やコーヒーメーカーもあり快適でした。 スリッパがあったら最高でしたが、仕方ないですね。 おすすめのホテルですし、またアントワープに行く時は利用したいと思います。

Great hotel in the heart of Antwerp.

Nice looking hotel but room with terrace stank of drains. I was unable to use the bathroom when I arrived. There was no written information in the room on how to call reception, so I had to call the main phone line of the hotel. They said they would call me back in the room and did not. When I asked reception on the way out, they said it was the drains. I pointed out that there was something in the toilet. When I came back to the hotel, the reception told me the toilet was fixed. Even after this the bathroom still stank but the staff said it was ok. I asked for air freshener or a fan & the staff said they would do this. It wasn’t so I opened bathroom door & door to terrace to get in fresh air & there was the smell of grilled food from the restaurant above coming into the room. I was given some free drinks vouchers when I checked out but this did not make up for the smelly room.

Waited around 4/5mins to check in. After being told there is room service, there was no one to cook in the kitchen and I could only get drinks. When I had got some food from outside, and asked for some cutlery, I was told to find some in the cafe. Some team seemed stressed - Feels like they are either not happy or overstretched which is a shame for the team.

Leider war das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sowie das Wasser recht kalt. Die Einstellung an der Klimaanlage hatte darauf keinen Einfluss, was sehr schade war, da keine Wohnlichkeit aufkam. Das Frühstück bestand größtenteils aus Convinience-Produkten, welche nur noch angerichtet oder warm gemacht wurden.

We waren met de kerst 2024 in Antwerpen. Het hotel was mooi naast het station gelegen. De inrichting was leuk. Vriendelijk personeel bij receptie en ontbijtzaal. Helaas kon de schoonmaak beter. Wc en douche waren schoon, maar wel veel stofnesten en we moesten soms zelf vragen om schone handdoeken terwijl we expliciet hadden aangegeven die te willen

A very nice hotel close to Antwerp’s central station - with rooms that afford an excellent view of that building - and a short walk from the city centre. The area immediately around the station isn’t particularly nice, but it’s so convenient for getting to and from Antwerp that it makes up for it. We didn’t have breakfast there as it was quite pricey for what was on offer.

Obscenely loud outside, unclean inside, synthetic bed linens, unable to reduce room temperature so cooked all night even though temp outside was in the 40s and 50s. Dinner was dreadful and some food had clearly come out of a refrigerated can. Breakfast was mediocre but much better than the dinner. Absolutely do not recommend this place even though proximity to train station is ideal.

Fabulous little hotel that ticks all the boxes: convinient for traveling, great breakfast, comfortable bed & lovely decor and friendly atmosphere! You can even make your own waffle for breakfast. Don't look any further...

I loved everything about this hotel. The great location, the closeness to the metro, dining options nearby, the comfortable bed and the breakfast included.
