Very clean, front desk staff very nice and helpful, great location

I advised the hotel in advance that we would be a late arrival and also did the online check in a day ahead. But when our connecting flight was delayed I called to inform them it would be even later - about 1130pm arrival. They told me they were over booked - and that first people in got the rooms. That does not seem fair since I advised of the late arrival and assured we'd be there and I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member. So what advantage does being a member get you?.

The hotel is absolutely amazing!! The room is very comfortable and good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. The staff is great and kind!!! The restaurants are outstanding!! The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with many varieties!! The pool is big and relaxing!!! The hotel in on the beach, for us, is amazing!!! Best experience ever!!! Definitely we will come back!!!! We stayed for 7 nights but I wish we could stay more!!! You have to pay $25 a day for parking and I confess I didn’t see that anywhere on the site. So get ready to pay that fee in the end of your stay!

It was okay. We traveled as a family of 3. The walls are thin so definitely hear your neighbors and any noise in the hallway. The water pressure in the sink was very low and our toilet clogged on the first night. I would prefer a condo for next trip versus a hotel. I will say the pool was nice for my toddler and liked that we were right off the beach.

When I booked my stay for me and my wife to celebrate our anniversary, I mentioned it in the notes and the staff made sure they welcomed us with a gift in our room! Couldn’t believe it! Hands down best all over!! Thank you Chris! And his team making sure we got settled in quick, easy, and happy!

Outstanding property. Great staff that are always attentive. The poolside service is amazing.

Overall the stay was really good, my son and I had a great time. The staff were super friendly (except for 1 maid), lobby and pool area super clean, room was clean and comfortable (the only thing was bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the sheets were very thin). The little extras were very appreciated - popcorn in the lobby, attentive staff in pool area, the presentation on Sea Turtles.

Property was great, very convenient to the beach. Pool and lazy river were very nice. Only negative was that they allow dogs on property and there was a dog barking nonstop during our last evening there.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and it was such a treat to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. It's just a short walk from the pool to the beach, which was really convenient. We brought our own chairs and umbrella, but for anyone interested, rentals were about $50/day. The breakfast was great, and I appreciated that they changed it up a little each morning. There were a few drawbacks. Parking was $25/day, which felt a bit excessive to us. The housekeeping staff was kind, but we were surprised that the sheets weren't changed and the bed was never made during our 5 day stay. They did provide fresh towels daily and emptied the trash, but that was about it. Overall, though, we had a great experience. None of those things were really deal breakers for us. I think we may return again next year.
