The hotel is part of the University complex not far from the Business school. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. Check in was quick and efficient and we were allocated a large room on the second floor. The accomodation is spacious and well equiped with modern facilities. The breakfast was included in the rate of £80/night non refundable. We have a pet and a £30 surcharge was added which is high for not alot. The open plan arrangement of building made some minor background noise but was not significant. Overall a good stay in an upper 3 Star hotel,

Spacious room with beautiful view of the river running through the University campus. Breakfast was excellent.

Chef in spokes went above and beyond to cater for my dietary issues. Or perhaps was spot on, but ahead of all others... knew what he needed to know about allergens and didnt make me feel a nuisance just trying to avoid being unwell.

Overall great hotel.

This is my go to hotel whenever i have a night out in nottingham. Lovely location, ample parking, friendly staff and not far from the centre, but far enough to avoid the disturbances soundwise.

It’s true to the listing. Free parking. Comfortable rooms. Very nice staff. The gym was great. No comment on breakfast as didn’t have it but coffee machine in room.

Go location for visiting Nottingham. Nice that they had some hot fayre on offer for breakfast

Conveniently located for visits to the university. Modern and well designed building with lots of light. Naturally and well landscaped gardens. Limited parking but I was allowed to park on the kernels.

It was ok didn’t have enough milk for coffee in the room

People were friendly, room was clean, but it was so noisy. Because it’s a conference centre with big open halls leading to the main entrance, all the sound travels right to the rooms and the doors are so big they slam shut making the walls shake. Breakfast wasn’t the best either. Unfortunately would not stay here again.
