The rooms are spacious, modern , quiet & very clean. Having a kitchen access to parking is a plus! The staff is friendly and helpful. Hidden gem on Chicago's Northside. Better than a BnB!

The Guesthouse Hotel is peaceful and spacious. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything is in excellent repair and aesthetically pleasing. Staff is sincerely friendly. Highly recommended.

The 3 bedroom apartment was awesome - very well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Extra points for the steam shower which was very welcome in the Chicago snowy weather
