Lobby staff were genuinely friendly a d helpful. Guest Relations in particular helped me organise a nice surprise for my wife's birthday. The food was simply amazing. I've been on a few all-inclusive holidays in my time, but I wasn't expecting the variety and quantity of food that was on offer. The kids club was also 👌 for our kids who looked forward to going in every morning after breakfast. We requested a connecting room so we had access to our kids and this was sorted without any issues including an upgrade to a sea side view. The pianist who played in the lobby every evening was great and the cafe near the lobby is the biggest I've seen in my life. The valets were excellent. First class service all the time. The porters were knowledgeable and hard working. I would recommend this hotel and would go again.

Essen Schmeckt nicht, wenig Auswahl und das Essen ist Kalt. Getränke auch mehr Wasser Geschmack. Hotelaufteilung Kompliziert. Aufzüge nicht gut. Zimmer Klein und Alt. Was ich toll Finde ist das Meer und das Pool

Leider hatten wir als 4-köpfige Familie einen Standardzimmer, das sie durch Platzmangel nicht upgraden konnten.

Alles war perfekt, meine Familie hat sich gut erholt.

My friend and I had a great time. It was a business trip in a great atmosphere and we got everything we wanted. The service was good and the staff were very helpful from the reception to the restaurants and rooms. I recommend it, especially for families.

This was our 4th stay at Granada Luxury. Service is good and staff is very friendly. Julia (customer relations) is always there to help. Food is good. Beach is good. Emin (the hard working guy) is always there to make sure the beach remains clean & tidy.

Deniz harika balıklarla yüzüyorsunuz antalyada böyle bir deniz bulmanız zor.otel biraz kalabalık ama yeterli personel var. Yemekler lezzetli teras ve lobby barda şişe bira var. Eşimin doğumgünü kutlaması içinde teşekkürler.

Very good all rounder which will suite both families and young people. Just maybe neex to improve room soundproofing as nightclub is making too much noise
