Hotel was clean staff was kind and caring will definetly recomend this hotel

Room was not lit adequately, housekeeping and room cleanliness has lot to be desired, the bathroom drains were clogged on the first day which shows that housekeeping manager is not doing his rounds or supervising adequately, the silver lining is the food /breakfast was excellent, as well as generally the other staff are very courteous polite and helpful.

Overall it was a good experience. Couple of restaurants staff weren't friendly. Rajendra was very attentive. Breakfast spread was delicious. Harshita from main reception was very helpful and friendly. Vishal from housekeeping was excellent too. Only thing disappointed was late night music because of wedding and other celebration.

Amenities, no tv programs available, have staid in cheaper hotels with better facilities

Very limited service. Rooftop bar was not open. Breakfast was not international standard and table setting was slow. No amminities in walking distance from the hotel and ac was either on or off. No climate control. Medium standard at best

The service from the staff was really nice, everyone was really attentive and really helpful from the cleaners and watchmen to the staff behind the desk. I spent a lot of time in downtown Mumbai which meant I spent a lot of time stuck in traffic because it is hellish there. The hotel itself was very good, the power in the shower, the AC and the fact that they habe a rooftop pool was wonderful. If I was to return to Mumbai I would look to stay in a branch close to the south of Mumbai and would hope the service would be exactly the same as the goragaon branch.

Well maintained property

The rooms were very clean, the dining staff were courteous and menu was also very good, overall the property is well maintained and clean, unfortunately no alcohol is permitted on site and visitors are not allowed in the room and must leave the foyer by 8pm.

great hotel, in a good location for the local train service. Located in a very very local area of Mumbai, not a tourist area. Walking to the local train station takes about 10 minutes or so. Hotel is highly recommended but may not be everyone’s cup of tea regarding area. Taxi from Mumbai airport to hotel was around 25-30 minutes.

It was a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly. But there were a few niggly bits, for example, on checkout, the hotel could not accept international credit card. The machine kept rejecting international VISA card. Another thing, the hotel does not serve alcohol in it’s restaurant and there is no bar!

IT IS USELESS AND HOTEL IS SO DIRTY AND CARPET IS MESSY WITH SO MUCH OF DUST AND GARBAGE

Good place to stay. Room was really clean, and all staff were very attentive and courteous. Breakfast buffet was also good.
