Super Hotel, super Lage, freundliches Personal. Einzig die Abdunklung des Zimmers könnte etwas besser sein. Trotz Gardinen, kommt recht viel licht durch.

Good location in the city centre with parking cross the street. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is ok but not much more.

This isn't the first time we've come to Goldenes Rad to stay overnight, and there's a good reason for that. This hotel is simply fantastic because of its small size, location, rooms, breakfast, staff, etc. Simply top notch.

Alles in allem Gut. Leider hatten wir unser Zimmer im 1.OG auf die Hauptstrasse gerichtet. Leider viel zu laut zum Schlafen und Entspannen (für mich persönlich obwohl Ohrenstöpsel vorhanden). Und wir waren am 23. Dez. dort. D.h. Verkehr war sogar wenig. Trotzdem viele LKWs, ständig Busse, nachts an der roten Ampel ständig laute Musik aus Autos, Müllabfuhr etc. Die Fenster hätten mehr Schallisolierung vertragen. Aber die Lage ist perfekt. Vielleicht nächstes mal ein Zimmer nicht auf die Hauptstrasse gerichtet. Aber hinterher ist man immer schlauer.

Das Personal war einfach super! Freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompetent! Das Hotel ist top located

Convenient location. Pleasant staff.

Hotel closed upon arrival. No notice to me in advance. Another guest provided some assistance and I called the hotel who provided directions to access the room. Lobby bar closed all night. Hotel unbearably hot except in room. Not even an offer the next day to make it right or apologize. Totally unprofessional, and not a 4 star experience. They can do better. Rooms are great, but service was dismal.
