Nice place and very affordable.

I had no towels in the room upon checking in , no hot water .

I will definitely be back in a couple of months Raquel the property manager is respectful, professional, and organized along with her staff to help maintain the property. If you’re not still on the resort, I would recommend staying at seven beaches Punta Cana hotel.

Bad customer service at front desk

The staff is wonderful. The accommodations are alright but infrastructure is poor, no comfortable furniture, no beaches at Punta Cana seven beaches, the other name is Bavaro Green is the same hotel.

I never have hot water in this place actually I did not have any water for couple of days a lot of ants in the room The Refrigerator and the freezer not working terrible stay

This property was great for large families. It just needs more entertainment options and air conditioning in the living room.

Horrible!! Me tocó un apartamento lleno de cucarachas al estar en el ground floor. La señora de la oficina me envió a una señora de la limpieza y tiraron un anti cucarachas pero no era suficiente seguía teniendo cucarachas subiendo por las sillas mesas, etc... Horrible!! Me dijeron que si renovaba reserva me pondrían en otro apartamento un segundo. Renové pero no me movieron hasta 3 días después, no dormí durante 3 noches. HORRIBLE!!

This property is great for local experience! I have been to all stars type places, and this place is great in my opinion. Grab supplies from a few blocks away for a week or month. What i paid for a week in January, I was more than happy.I probably could have tipped a bit more.
