I can confidently say that it was single handedly the staff, Ahmed and Anas that made our stay at the riad - exceptional!!! The rooms need an uplift, but any small shortage in the amenities was compensated by the exceptional attitude of the staff! Excellent location ! Excellent breakfast! The guide that they recommended for the Medina was great as well! I would only recommend that they upgrade the place with some quality amenities (hand soap, shampoo conditioner, extra pillows, brighter lighting) and they can easily give all the other riads a run for their money! Highly recommend it!

No puedo opinar ya que me cobraron y nunca me quede ahi. Me hixieron esperar horas para decirme que el bano no servia y me enviaron a otro Riad que no era nada como el que pague y leyendo comentarios me di cuenta que hacen esto a algunas personas

4 nuits réservées mais les 2 d’arrivée on a été délogé pour 2 nuits suite à un problème technique mais nous étions à 2 pas et c’était un super riad. Pour le Nazha très bien très propre , le personnel était vraiment super sympathique et le serveur était hyper gentil .😁 Proche de tout Je recommande

Bonjour, on nous a appris à notre arrivée qu'il avait reçu la réservation hotels.com la veille de notre arrivée alors que nous avions passé la commande il y a plus de 2 mois. L'hôtel étant complet on nous a proposé 2 hôtels alternatif un 3* et un 4* alors que celui réservé est donné à 5*. Nous avons ressenti une qualité inférieure, et aucun geste commercial de l'établissement, ce que nous avons trouvé regrettable.

Hjælpsom personale, men alt for strikse regler for hvad man måtte tage med på værelset. Intet drikkevarer, heller ikke vand. Det fik vi dog lov til efterfølgende. Heller ikke chips eller chokolade. Og til trods for at man ikke kunne købe det på hotellet.

We booked the Palais Nazha Fes in November for a much-anticipated visit to Morocco in late December and were very much looking forward to ring out the year in Fes. To our surprise, the Palais Nazha Fes cancelled our stay the day before we arrived “due to a technical problem in our Riad.” Since we were traveling in remote areas of Morocco at the time, we had very limited internet access but after several hours we managed to find a new hotel in Fes on extremely short notice for those three days at the end of the year. The Palais Nazha Fes promised to contact Expedia and refund our stay for two rooms. However, since then we have spent numerous hours on the phone and on emails between Expedia and the hotel to resolve this conflict and to get our refund. Apparently, Expedia has been unable to reach anyone at the Palais Nazha Fes in several days and my repeated emails to the hotel have gone unanswered after their initial note of the cancellation and commitment messages that they would contact Expedia for the refund. This has been a very frustrating experience, which has impacted our enjoyment of an amazing trip to Morocco. The hotel has taken our money in advance as part of the reservation and then cancelled our reservation on 24-hour notice - we have not heard back from them or received a refund for services not rendered. Be very careful with this property!!!

I had the KENZA suite which was declared of 52 sqm ... however the room was maximum 27 sqm ... this was really disappointing!!!

Highly recommended. Good location, very clean, good wifi, beautiful riad that's been upgraded. Excellent welcome from the hosts and free breakfast was great.

The best riad I have stayed in. Truly made the entire experience in Fez. Amazing staff, beautiful riad, super comfortable room, great food. Just perfect.

Not easy to find this Riad, as need to pay for the local teenagers to bring to the riad after taxi drop us at the roadside. No heater at the room and Low water pressure. Room conditions looks a bit old. Ok for one night stay.

Good price. Decent location. Very nice staff. We arrived at 2am in the morning, and he kindly gave us some food as we were starving. Owners will organise excursions and trips for you at quite a good price. The problems you'll have in this riad are exactly the same as any of the problems you'll have at any other Riad in the old city.

The staff provide us tips and directions that were very useful to manage our way through the Medina. The dinner was delicious, although we had to wait more than expected to get it. Muphid, the Manager's assistant was very kind.

Es war in Ordnung, ist ein sauberes Riad, was mir am meisten wichtig ist! Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich.

We stayed one week in the hotel. It is a perfect place to relax. The hotel is situated near the taxi point. So it is easy to move from there. It is very quiet in the hotel. There is a beautiful terras where you can eat your breakfast. The breakfast is super ! Every day different things.Not the standard breakfast you normaly get. I loved the homemade marmelade. The coffee is very good. The room was very clean. Every day I was surprised about how clean the room was.
