The customer service were very attentive. Our room was clean and small with two twin beds but good for us. The bed was ok, a little bit on the firm side. Bathroom didn’t include hand towels only 2 bath towels. The hotel offered breakfast at a fee but we didn’t try since there are so many cafes/restaurants at walking distance. Good security. The value was good for what I pay.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência, pois na primeira noite tivemos que dormir em um quarto sem ar condicionado funcionar e só no trocaram na noite do dia seguinte depois de muito insistir!

O ar condicionado nao funcionou e tive que trocar de quarto. Alem disso, a fechadura da porta também nao funcionou e tive que acionar a recepção. A manutenção do hotel deixa a desejar e causa transtornos

Esta avaliação envolve dois hoteis: ibis Lima Reducto Miraflores e Mercure Ariosto Lima. Quando cheguei ao ibis (onde tinha uma reserva), fui informado de que o hotel estava com problema nos encanamentos e que eu seria realocado para outro hotel sem custo adicional. Fui então levado ao Mercure. Os motivos para minha avaliação negativa: 1) Tanto no ibis quanto no Mercure fui obrigado a esperar um bom tempo no guichê de entrada enquanto cada um dos hoteis checava com o outro os dados da minha estadia (pagamento, despesas etc). Ao meu ver, eu não tinha necessidade alguma de esperar esse tipo de verificação - entendo que ninguém tem culpa pelo problema com os encanamentos, mas foi desnecessário ter que esperar um bom tempo para que conversassem sobre meu caso antes de que eu pudesse subir para o quarto. 2) Quando cheguei ao Mercure, onde ficaria 1 noite, perguntei sobre o procedimento para o serviço de lavanderia. Desci com as roupas para a recepção e me informaram de que era melhor deixá-las no quarto. No fim do dia, regressei ao hotel para pegar minhas bagagens e roupas e ser levado de volta ao ibis. Para minha surpresa (e indignação), minhas roupas foram devolvidas sem terem sido lavadas. O motivo: meu check-out seria naquele mesmo dia. 3) Além da perda de tempo e confusão causados por passar duas noites em dois hoteis diferentes, fui alocado em um quarto no ibis mas parece que o problema com a tubulação continuava, pois a água do banho variava bruscamente de temperatura.

Property is well located and easy to access. Rooms are good size. Had issues with air conditioner not working several days. Also had loss of tv services for 1 day. Staff was very accommodating and provided updates on issue solutions.
