Amazing facilities and friendly staff!

Room was clean and had a lovely view. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the free drinks voucher received. Bar and kitchen staff were very friendly only downside was the check-in process. I think some of the staff will benefit from more training in welcoming guests and attending to guests waiting.

Room was very nice, tea & coffee replenished during our 2 day stay. Staff very friendly. Great to have train station nearby. Would recommend to friends.

Male reception person was not at all Friendly,he was very sharp and rude in the way he acted he wanted to say what waswhat, but not interested in what we where asking his English was not great and when he was asked to repeat anything he was not happy last time we stayed at Moxey the lady reception was fabulous she was very friendly and went above and beyond it was a much better experience with her …..

Staff need to be bit more friendly

Hotel was well worth it. We were given a spacious room. The breakfast was decent. Finally the staff were really accommodating and sweet as they did a little surprise for my sons birthday. They even let us leave our car parked for free for one of the days. Thank you Moxy!!

Very kitsch hotel with friendly staff. Some parts looking a bit rough around the edges (rips in hallway wallpaper, scratches and chips in doors, stains on carpets etc.) but it's far from deteriorating. Only complaints are the bathroom lighting is pretty bad, very dull and yellow, and while you generally won't hear your neighbours - if there's a heavy-footed occupant in the room above you'll be able to hear every footstep they take. Restaurant was a bit hit and miss - some of the food was clearly just microwaved and

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The food for breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. I enjoyed having a free drink with my VIP booking. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing experience.

Ottimo hotel a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana di Royal Albert sulla linea DLR. Ottima la camera quadrupla con un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto molto comodo. Stanza molto silenziosa, grande e veramente pulita! Ottima la colazione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile
