Location by coast yet close to centre

My wife and l have been to this hotel 3 times now. over all the hotel is great, However,we stayed in room 414 this time and the ceiling above the shower was broken and cracked and looked a bit dangerous.When paying this much money for a suite you don't expect to see this standard of finish.

Hotel bellissimo-pulizia stanza molto buona personale gentile ti coccolano la mattina ti puliscono la stanza e alla sera ti preparano il letto con tanto di acqua su ogni comodino e cioccolatino - stanza bella e ben insonorizzata - esperienza bar ristorante della piscina purtroppo non positiva in quanto abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti per poi dirci che hanno perso la nostra comanda, si sono scusati subito e ci hanno fatto sconto, cibo buono. Bar sulla terrazza al settimo piano bellissima location i camerieri però non sono all’altezza di un 5 stelle poco attenti alla clientela- reception personale gentile parlano però solo spagnolo e inglese - portieri super educati e professionali - bagnini in piscina c’era un ragazzo giovane ma molto ben educato ed attento alla clientela, gli altri ti davano solo asciugamani ma non ci provavano neanche ad aiutarti con l’ombrellone- colazione buona ma sempre uguale forse da un 5 stelle mi aspettavo ogni giorno qualche creatività dello chef, anche qui alcuni camerieri bravissimi altri non proprio all’altezza erano in giro a cercare le persone che avevano ordinato il caffè
