Didn’t like location of room , near exit door very noisy

La réception est la même pour l'hôtel que le môtel et elle n'est pas à même l'hôtel. Aucune indication sur les portes de l’hôtel pour nous indiqué où est la réception. Très propre mais à notre arrivée, nous n'avions qu'une débarbouillette alors que la réservation était pour 4 personnes et aucune envie de devoir sortir à l'extérieur de la bâtisse pour aller en chercher d'autres... Outre ça, rien à redire.

We had such a great stay here! Booked the king suite and it was perfect for a little couples getaway. The room was spacious, very clean, and the king bed was comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and definitely one of the highlights of the suite. Cozy, intimate and made for a really nice, relaxing night away. If you’re looking for a cute and comfortable spot for a couple’s stay in Laval, this is a great choice!

There were tiny ants in the room but it was just ants - everything else was fine - shower was great

L'hôtel et la chambre propres et le personnel était courtois. Le rebord de la douche n'était pas assez haut et l'eau de la douche s'écoulait partout sur le plancher.

C’était parfait

so exterior is very deceiving and not particularly inviting. it looks like you are checking into a motel, complete with plastic barrier between the desk agent. We stayed in the two story structure across the parking lot. the room was spacious and mostly clean. some mould in the bathroom and small ants Disappointed that the ice machine was broken and seems it had been like that foor a while, given the state of the sign on it. It does come equipped with a Keurig coffee maker which is a plus.
