Provided parking on site. Room was very quiet even with the live music.

Nice hotel clean convenient & close to everything!

No frills but clean hotel with great location in center of town, close to national park.

Central location.

The carpet was pulled up in the hallway- nothing was even mentioned to us upon checking in. Got to the room and it was not like it looked in the Expedia photos. Bathtub was dirty. Went to complain and there were no other rooms available and they couldn’t do anything to help us until the morning so we were stuck there. The room was stuffy, they did give is a fan. Fitness center was closed. That was the reason I booked here. Jetted tub did not work. That was the second reason I booked here. No compensation was given even when I asked if they could include a continental (not hot) breakfast.

My stay was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were so very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

We had no heat the first night and almost the 2nd night. Manager told staff to tell us 1/2 the building was out. 2nd day maintenance guy came to our room to look at it and said it had been turned off and the staff should have known to look at it the night before or at least offer a portable heater. Manager hid behind his staff. He should have come to talk to us. Poor management!!

Great location and wonderful staff. We enjoyed the live entertainment every night in the hotel.

Right in the centre of town, walking distance to everything, plenty of things to do and the national park was just a few minutes away on foot. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

Loved the location the rooms need some updating what I didn’t like was that it was a gathering place after the bars closed and it was very loud into the wee hours of the morning

We had to park our car in a town parking lot because they have very limited parking.

Great little hotel in the middle of everything. Nightly music in the Danny Mann bar. Good food and service. Older hotel with many turns in the hallways and rooms are small compared to newer hotels.

Can tell the bathroom toilet hasn't been scrubbed well in a while, can see black mold under rim. Walk to train station is at least 15 minutes. Good location to bars and shops. Older hotel spread over multiple buildings so it's a bit like a maze to get through, lots of up and down small flights of stairs.
