Awesome stay. I received the most friendly welcome ever in this Aparthotel. Gym is a bit crap if you take your work out seriously and the spa i a bit a joke but hey, all the rest was great.

Friendly staff, cool building, quiet street. Definitely re-booking.

Room is spacious and the lady (sorry forgot her name) was very helpful and insightful.

We had a lovely time at Boxotel! Got upgraded to a suite on two floors with a private rooftop terrace, which we thoroughly enjoyed. A real oasis! The hotel is centrally located, close to metro stations, and yet the room was very quiet. Room was beautifully appointed, very modern. No cable to watch the news live, but there is on demand podcasts. The full kitchen had everything you need (dishes, pots and pans, dish cloth, and of course an expresso machine with some pods and sugar). As a surprise, a light breakfast was also served for free in the morning (yogurt, cheese, wrapped pastries, oranges, expresso/capuccino...). Note : the hot tub was closed and it was not clear if it was going to reopen. The sauna and the rooftop terrace were open. Great place to stay!

Liked the downtown proximity from the hotel and the cleanliness. However, the bed could have been firmer and when staying in a room viewing the street-side, the noise at night was loud (especially pertaining to the multiple sirens)

The only issue was that the bathroom door didn't remain locked. Everything was spectacular. Convenient location within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, public transit, museums. Our suite was very clean with great view of the city. The concierge, Nabil was very welcoming and accommodating. This will be our go-to whenever we visit Montreal. Highly recommend the Boxotel. 10/10!

2nd stay at Boxotel. Unfortunately, it was not as good as last time. Room was clean, hotel was "fine" but it has lost its sparkle. Also - the main reason we booked again, the roof top jaccuzi / spa (which is what teuly justifies the price of this place) was not working / "out of service indefinitely". This was not communicated to us at any point until we got our bathing suits on and went to the roof and saw the hand written sign. Apparently its been out a few weeks now, so would have been nice to have been informed prior to arrival - as i would have booked another hotel. At almost 300 a night, absolutely not worth it. Otherwise, the place is fine. Staff are doing their best, I know its not their fault. C'est la vie I guess.

Staff were polite and it is a well thought out hotel, but is sadly in disrepair, mostly their terrace . There was a broken bench (turned upside down and just left in the middle of the walkway ), dead plants and the hot tub was out of service. Stains on carpeting in hall.

Our stay was 10/10! The accommodations were very clean with a super comfy bed and luxe bathroom. Thank you to Terry at the front desk who was a great help to our stay and experience at every detail!:)

Quite nice. The aesthetic appealed to our euro style taste. Close to the action on Ste. Catherine's. Would stay here again.

Staff was wonderful and the property was extremely clean and nice. Unfortunately my car was broken into outside of the hotel so just make sure you park in a parking lot with cameras as opposed to parking on the street.

Wow!!! I LOVE this hotel! Super clean (and I am picky), very quiet, extremely well thougt out room, very well eqipped including dishwasher, washer/dryer, yoga mat/yoga block, wonderful hamam and sauna, nice rooftop terrace,outstanding client service from Terri and Nabir (which sets it apart from other self serve aparthotels).I cant say enough nice things about this place! I have already booked for my next visit. Nice area just outside of Downtown and short walk to Metro. Highly recomended!

Nous y sommes allés à deux reprises. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Cette fois-ci, nous avons opté pour la chambre sur deux étages avec accès à une terrasse privée. En un seul mot : WoW! La personne qui était au déjeuner nous accomodé et a été très gentille. Que de beaux mots pour cet hôtel à un coup raisonnable
