Hotel was too expensive for its quality. I paid around 300+ per night, but the quality of this hotel is around 80 to 100 per night.

Great property all around

No complaints, great people working the front desk, convenient to community amenities, good breakfast, attentive housekeeping. 10/10 The scrambled eggs are lackluster but everything else was great

Nice, but none of the baseboard or any of the furniture had been cleaned in a very long time. Thick on baseboard in bath in particular.

I stayed for two days and shower curtain was missing. Informed the clerk when I checked out there was no apology she just inform me she would let house keeping know.

Very clean and quiet.

Property was easy to access. They let us park our motorcycle under the covered area. Our room was big, comfy, clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Calming - very calm, quiet. Bed could be softer for my liking … but I know there are others that prefer firm; however, it didn’t affect my rest and comfort. It’s my new go to hotel in Memphis- Germantown.

The stay was great. The rooms are a bit worn but still clean and comfortable.

The room was nice. Large shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast was terrible. The eggs were bathed in water. The chicken sausage was tough and overcooked. The potatoes were tough and tasted like they came out of a microwave. The pillows on the bed were flat and uncomfortable. The refridgerator would not kewp our drinks cold. These types of things make it hard to justify paying over $200 a night.

Will stay here again

Our visit to the Hampton Inn Germantown was exceptional. We received an upgrade to a king suite room. What a spacious comfortable space. Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. We will choose this hotel for our next stay.
