The staff is Amaizing! It’s a great hotel for work, the amenities are great and the food as well.

Excellent airport hotel which doesn't feel like an airport hotel. Clean and spacious hotel room with all the amenities one could need. Close to the airport and walkable neighborhood surrounding the hotel.

Everything was good. Friendly staff and breakfast lounge. However, the beds were not very comfortable.

Extremadamente amables en recepción, el check in no tomó más de 2 minutos, estacionamiento accesible incluido para 1 vehículo durante mi estancia, la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, todas las instalaciones son modernas y acogedoras, la ubicación es la mejor en la ciudad. Los amenities son de muy buena calidad, sábanas y almohadas cómodas, suficientes toallas, complementos de ducha etc. Cero quejas. Volveré a hospedarme en este hotel.

Great room, perfect staff, super location. Get some great sunset shots of the volcanoes. Breakfast was different every day, and had a true Guatemalan flair; frijoles, huevos revueltos, salchichas, and the best platanos duros I have ever had. Of course tons of fruit, waffles, pancakes, cereal, and made-to-order omelets. The Greek restaurant across the street is exceptional. Loved the outdoor patio attached to the Courtyard bar. 10/10

Parking needs to be a lot easier
