PUBLIC BATHROOM IN CASINO- HORRIBLY DIRTY BATHROOM IN ROOM-OK MAINLY SINKS GET WATER EVERYWHERE

Fine værelser og gode senge, men det er slet ikke vedligeholdt. To gange måtte vi bede om assistance til at få varmt vand på værelset. Tv’et virkede sporadisk selvom der kom teknisk service på værelset og rengøringen sprang helt over den ene dag. Ved forespørgsel på late check out, kunne vi blive bevilliget en time, trods der er relativt få personer på hotellet. En meget trist oplevelse at bo her.

$1400 almost $1500 for two nights and I feel like I would’ve gotten better service at a smaller hotel (Marriott, holiday inn). The curtains in the room literally would not stay shut so the room only got dark at nig

The stay was great but had to have technician fix the water because the temperature was set to cold water only. Outside of that it was great!

Maurice was very welcoming upon checking in and the room was really nice,, I would not go back to the steak restaurant,, staff was great, food was not.

Quick and easy stay for a show. Everything you need is available within the resort.

Was very disappointed the Italian restaurant was closed on a Thursday night. The steakhouse was very expensive which left us with limited options.

Check in and out very fast, the room is clean and they are very friendly

Charged me for late check out even though I called the night before and got it approved. Over charged for resort fee x2. Weird restaurants and most aren’t even open during the work week. Not a great experience here and I travel for work almost every week. Stay elsewhere in National Harbor!

I enjoyed my stay at MGM loved that i got to experience the clean rooms.

I like the fact that we were steps from the casino and no one could go on the elevators unless they had a room key. I will say for a hotel this expensive, the room service food was HORRIBLE! The waffles straight from the microwave, the chicken tenders taste light something you would get out the frozen food section in the grocery store. We went to the Bread & Butter restaurant in the hotel and quickly realized it was the same food they served for room service. NASTY! The seafood and pizza place were pretty good. Overall, would I stay there again? No! For that price, I can stay in the harbor area nearby and take an Uber to the MGM and still have gambling money.

The hotel was convenient and comfortable overall. However the 8th floor smelled awful of marijuana and was really off putting.

The staff was great. The facility was excellent..
