No reception during arrival. Have to wait more than 30minutes. Other guests want to check-out also wait longer than us. No contact number were provided. Then 3 of the staffs come in, I ask them why no one in the counter? They said they went for a rest (they can take rotation for a rest) then I said at least leave contact number, she said you have to check by yourself on the internet. I said it cannot be contacted. I ask them to use their phone to call the number from the internet but did not want to. Then I said the number you put on the hotel door also cannot be contact. She said that number is no longer use. So easy to reply without feeling guilty. Earlier total 4 of guests coming but they only make one room reservation. Then staff ask without gentle manner by saying "Did you know our hotel can only fit for 2Adult with 2children 9y/o & below?" It is not an appropriate way to inform about room policy. Please improve staff quality & manner. Room wise I found a big cockroach inside the room. I tell because I'm scared of it. My first time experience. The fridge at the lobby consisted of many staffs left over without proper seal, I still remember the fish were eaten half remain open in the bowl.
