Accoglienza e gentilezza da parte del personale per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Struttura con vista magnifica. Stanze spaziose e pulite. Consigliato vivamente.

Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui. Staff cordiale e spiega tutto dettagliatamente. Colazione buffet ampia e molto buona. Parcheggio comodo, ristoranti nei dintorni ( consigliati dal personale) ottimi. Grazie

The property was clean, the room was big enough and well-equipped. The location was quite good for our hiking plans. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is good, enough space and you have a restaurant included. At the arrival all was okay, friendly staff. The receptionist explained everything well. But now unfortunately the restaurant stuff, its was not friendly to me, okay. I forgot the room number, can be happening when you already travel 14 days and ever day you stay at another hotel. But the way the waiter was treating me, is not acceptable. He told me off actually. Finally i got my room number with the friendly support from the receptionist. But nevertheless the waiter continued to ignore me, maybe its also the point of language. Who knows. In all i can't give full points, sorry.

Con i miei figli ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura accogliente e molto funzionale. Colazione con cibi di qualità e personale gentilissimo.

Schönes Hotel, mit für italienische Verhältnisse gutem Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, super leckere Pizza und gutes Bier!

Rooms are nice, dinner at restaurants were amazing good.

Reasonable pricing. Restaurant was closed but pizzeria was open. Old building and the sound travels from the halls and occupants nearest to you. Views are beautiful though so that made up for the noise. We did a big drive so still slept well. Staff are lovely and helpful

Struttura nuova, attenti ai particolari, pulitissima, profumo di legno e di pulito, cordialità infinita!

Struttura piacevole, camere comode, pulite, bagno comodo e pulito a parte ANCORA presente il 'telo doccia' che non si può guardare!!!!!

Ottima posizione tra Bormio e Livigno, entrambe raggiungibili in breve tempo. Ospitalità e gentilezza del personale molto gradite!
