Room was a bit small and smelly, could be cleaner. But good overall.

Good Wifi is good Near shopping un hamra street Kind staff The smoking smell in all rooms (there is no nonsmoker rooms)

I'm a repeat customer. Love this hotel and bustling Hamra neighborhood. If your familiar with St. Catherine's street in Montreal, the area along Hamra Street has the same vibe!

Non-existent wifi, cigarette burns in the couches, stains in the sheets, and outrageous street noise, all-around a pretty terrible experience.

I'm a repeat guest! I continue to come to studio 44 not just for the convenience of being centrally located and having private and secure parking, but for the exceptional staff . I am always made to feel at home. The employees are very nice and accommodating. Every room has a kitchenette which is an added benefit especially if you're being budget conscious and not wanting to eat out.or have specific dietary needs I had a great stay as always

Great location in the center of Hamra area of Beirut, with safe and secure parking garage, friendly staff and clean rooms featuring kitchenettes at great prices.

J’avais réservé dans cet hôtel il y’a 1 an… c’était bien. Cette fois le service s’est dégradé . Le séchoir par exemple est pour le décor ? Il fonctionne pas ! Aucun ustensile de cuisine dans une kitchenette ! La douche on en parle ? Pas de joint pour bien rendre étanche l’eau qui sort du coup la moitié de l’eau part dans tous les sens . Et pour cumuler : demander à chaque visiteur sa carte d’identité avant de rentrer et le reprocher par téléphone que le nombre de visiteurs devient bizare !? Le réceptionniste a osé Appelé au téléphone pour me dire de ne plus recevoir ! Je palre pas du flicage ( donner le nom de la chambre , le nom du client , et laisser une copie à la réception ) c’était tellement choquant et du pure flicage pour finir par des reproches de nombre de visiteurs ! J’ai quitté l hôtel la nuit au lieu de dormir la dernieee nuit ! C’était trop! Plus jamais

Very good, clean and comfortable, close to all but my only issue was working the code of building with unit code, main building door did not open.

The hotel rents the rooms to people for a few hours to have fun and then leave from 2pm until like 6 am. The area is filled with bars and nightclub. It was very loud and noisy, people have no respect.

This property should not be rated 8.8 , it should be maximum 6/10 , ot smells like a cigarette tray, the walls are dirty . The area does not feel safe. Be aware when you book here 8.8 is too farfetched.

Otelin konumu disinda olumlu bir seyle karsilasmadik. Odalar inanilmaz kucuk, banyo wc ye zorlukla giriyorsunuz. Arkadaslarin odalarinin temizlenmedigi gunler oldu. Su konulmadi. Havlular kirli diye alindi yerine yenileri konulmadi. Terlikleri resepsiyondan talep etmek durumunda kaldik.

Nice hotel in the heart of Beirut. Close to the University and and wateefront. Quiet area at night. Comfy bed for a good night's rest. Thank you for the relaxing atmosphere and roim.
