Very nice hotel

Hotel de estilo art déco, con habitaciones de buen tamaño y cama comodísima. Buen desayuno, muy variado, con mención especial para la bollería local. Hay mucha animación en su terraza y zonas comunes, especialmente por la tarde-noche. Las amenities son individuales, cosa poco frecuente en los últimos años.

Hotel sympathique, excellent emplacement, personnel très agreables.

The hotel was gorgeous both inside and out. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful with anything I needed from information about the city to getting a ride to where I needed to go. The restaurants inside the hotel had a great selection of food and drinks. The room was spacious and clean. A wonderful place. I would recommend Le Casablanca Hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca!

Hotel incrível, bonito, confortável, limpo e atendimento impecável.

This hotel catered to us Westerners even during Ramadan. We were able to enjoy all of our favorite alcohol beverages. The grounds are so beautiful outside in the pool area. We took many pictures. The lobby smells amazing and is decorated so beautifully. The food was delicious. Hot showers. Clarins brand toiletries. Comfortable beds. Cool air conditioned room. Located on a busy street, but we never noticed any street noise. The staff was courteous and helpful. One gentleman at the front desk informed us about the taxis. He said where we were going should not cost over 35dh and to not get in the taxis without meters (which proved to be harder than we expected). We did get taken advantage of by many taxi drivers while in Casablanca. After venturing out in Casablanca, I was always eager to return to this tranquil hotel. We arranged with the desk for a driver to take us to airport as this was our final destination in Morocco after 2 weeks of travel within the country. The car was a nice large Mercedes that accommodated our large suitcases. The driver was also very courteous even at 4 in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel! I have zero complaints.

Beautiful property

Beautiful at first sight. But not anymore when looking into the details unfortunately. Very noisy room (not well isolated), lousy staff even early morning, not helpful staff at the reception, slow at the bar.

Would return.

Service was very below what was expected for such a special hotel and Valentines stay. The Terrace bought the starter with the mains. The chicken tagine was so dry we couldnt digest it. We returned the starter and then they tried to charge for it. After checking out it was clear what we signed to the room for dinner was charged much higher. They charged for 2 items from the mini bar. Then told me they needed to charge a further 400 dirham for the mini bar. I as a female felt extremely uncomfortable with the check out process as they took more money. Disappointed massively and will never return.

I booked for two nights and prepaid. I was going to check in early on the second day. I sent two emails reminding the hotel. When I tried to check in I was told that I was a no-show and that they had given away my room. They eventually found me a room but the experience was upsetting. , .

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Great service and very good breakfast. I wouldn’t consider any other hotel if I return to Casablanca

It was a 5 zero hotel, not 5 stars. Nastiest place we ever experienced in our life as world class travelers. Smokers everywhere even in the restaurant. Heavy perfume odor to cover it up. AC did not work, so had to open the window to cool off, but then street noise kept us awake. Bed mattress was broken. Shower spilled water all over the floor. Water was shut off at midnight. And no attempt by rude front desk staff to make any amends. Fooled by the lobby pictures to book the hotel. Another guest said they had similar issues. Canceled after one night and booked Four Seasons to recover from this disaster.

Excelente hotel, con tradición e inmejorable servicio

We stayed at this property, but the experience did not meet our expectations. The room faced the boulevard, making it very noisy—every passing vehicle was audible, indicating poor soundproofing. Additionally, despite adjusting the thermostat, the room temperature remained at 19°C, which was uncomfortable. It was impossible to heat the entire room properly. We had hoped for a more pleasant and comfortable stay. Improvements are needed to meet travelers' expectations.

Cela fait la troisième fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours enchantés d'y séjourner. Très bon restaurant et très bon petits déjeuners avec un service aux petits soins Nous le recommandons

Le personnel était Nickel, comme disent les français. Venant du Québec nous avons trouvé cette hôtel des plus sympathique et tous les membres du personnel étaient contents de nous recevoir Les Gigi
