Honesto limpo e excelente para quem quer pernoitar perto do aeroporto . Recomendo.

Hotel legal, porém o serviço de transporte para o aeroporto nunca funciona bem, minha filha ficou uma semana antes de nós e ela tb não conseguiu ir nem voltar do aeroporto, para o hotel. Um ponto super negativo.

Pouca opção de Transfer um grupo bloqueou o transfer durante boa parte da tarde

Bom hotel para diária rápida. Cada semestre o hotel aparenta ter menos manutenção. Ar condicionado com problema, chuveiros com problema.

An average stay if you need an overnight stay close to the airport. We managed to get past immigration and to the bus stop in the hour when no transport is provided, resulting in a lengthy wait. Difficulty communicating in English.

O hotel é muito bom, serviu para o que estávamos precisando (apenas pernoite em hotel próximo ao aeroporto de Guarulhos). Confortável. Apenas um inconveniente, pois chegamos muito tarde e quando fomos tomar banho não conseguimos utilizar o xampoo do hotel, pois o recipiente estava vazio. Outra coisa foi que quando fizemos a reserva, constava traslado e só tivemos o traslado do aeroporto para o hotel. No outro dia, o traslado do hotel para o aeroporto tivemos que contratar um Uber.

Problema no transfer. Ficamos muito tempo esperando do aeroporto para o hotel pois dizia que hora cheia do embarque mas demorou muito mais tempo e tivemos que pegar um Uber. No retorno ao aeroporto não tinha mais disponibilidade.

The staff at the hotel are amazing. From reception to security, restaurant services and room cleaning. They are affordable in terms of the additional services available at hotel and offer free shuttle. Hotel is quite average in facilities and pricey for room (but convenience store is fairly priced). Downside is that the hotel has no kettle or phone in the room, amenities are basic in room but it was clean. Nice outside area to sit and close to the airport

It was a good option for its proximity to the airport (GRU) but the language barrier is a big downside. We had misunderstood their shuttle service times and we had even used a translator app but still got the wrong info. Twice in one night the fire alarm got triggered and on the second time, it took maybe 45 min for them to disable/disarm the alarm. It woke up the whole hotel, well, my floor at least at around 3am! The hotel lobby convenience store sold only mini/personal sized drinking water bottles. Free filtered water stations should at least be a courtesy in all hotels/inns.

Fairly quick to get to and from, from the Gaurulhos airport. Everything was very clean but unfortunately my room was so noisy - people walking around the hallways at 2 / 3 in the morning, loud air conditioner / fridge. Breakfast was nice. Lots of people stay at this hotel which made it feel nice / lively.

Surprising great overnight stay for waiting next day flight. Only suggestion is transport to park also in Terminal 1 and 3, not only 2.

The hotel is located nearby the airport and has shuttle.
