Alojamiento precioso y bien cuidado. Pueblo muy agradable y bonito.

The WiFi is awful. There is no sign out front (in fact there is another unrelated sign) so we circle the area for 30 minutes like idiots. There is literally no staff to answer the locked door when you do find it. Good luck getting new towels or toilet paper. The mattress is rock solid, like sleeping on the floor. I paid for this?

Please avoid to stay here . We assume to see wine farm from the hotel which is the photo of hotel Info but it is totally not, you can enjoy to see the fence with other house garden.And the facility of Bar is also not working at all. The village has not place to take dinner . And property owner doesn’t know how to communicate English ( the information was not collect to available both English and Spanish ) and they are in the reception only when the guest call to them ( not even open 8:30- 18:30) . Lots of fake information in the conditions .

Todo fue muy bien. El personal de La Casona fue muy amable. Todo estaba limpio y organizado. Varios detalles que pueden hacer la estancia más cómoda son: 1) No había ningún tipo de percha donde colgar la toalla para que se secara. Entonces, la toalla todavía estaba algo húmeda cuando la volví a usar. 2) Solo había champú disponible pero no jabón para la ducha. Como no llevamos, tuvimos que usar el jabón de manos. 3) La máquina del café no funcionaba. Sugiero que la revisen con frecuencia para que los huéspedes puedan disfrutar de una tacita de café por las mañanas.

A newly opened guesthouse in this small village in Rioja. Lovely rooms. Very nice and helpful host. Village is small but close to other ones where there’s plenty to visit, do and experience.

It was a very pleasant stay, beautiful room with amazing view overlooking the village Church. Only comment is, it would have been much better if it was a better matters as we could feel the spring.

We loved staying in the village of Samaniego, near beautiful Laguardia. The Casa was well renovated in rustic style. When we arrived there was no one to greet us. After making a phone call, a lady arrived. We had no Spanish and she had no english, so it was challenging. There was a basic breakfast one morning, but not the other. A nearby hotel where the local people gathered provided simple meals. If you want an authentic experience, you'll probably like this option.

Took this on the basis that it was ideal for Rioja wine tour. But the place is in the middle of a village with no restaurant or bar, or any facilities. Backs on to a tractor yard which erupts in Diesel engine noise at 8am. Have to drive 20 Minutes to Laguardia to get a drink or something to eat. Very unsatisfactory. No one to greet you, no facilities at all in the property. Avoid avoid avoid.

Booked 2 nights but loved this spot so much we stayed a 3rd night. Very comfortable & clean. Edu & Lorena we're very friendly & accommodating. The town itself is verrry quiet no restaurant or market but you are in close proximity to towns & winerys. We had the downstairs bedroom which was very nice but was off the breakfast room. That could have been a problem if there were a lot of people staying there but for our 3 nights we had the place to ourselves. Edu arranged a wine tasting for us that was a lot of fun.
