No professional service at all

Dreadful. Left after less than two hours; the only positive aspect was that the hote allowed me to cancel without charging me. Loud, not clean, poor quality, dirty bedding. Avoid.

The hotel is right next to Jaffna railway station and close to Jaffna town. The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast buffet have the best choices of regional tradional foods and also western breakfast choices. I would say the best breakfast buffet i have had through out my world travel so far. i will definitely stay hear again. They need to change the bed sheets they look old although they were clean. Other than than no complains at all.

Grubby room and unfriendly management. View outside obscured because window was covered in filth. Got a distinct feeling they don't like foreigners very much.

The bedrooms need some smartening up but the outdoor eating arrangements are very pleasant and so is the pool. A very good traditional Sri Lankan breakfast.

Room small. No closets. Noisy at night when the garden's filled with guys. Great pool. Great staff.

We were allocated to a different room as original rooms shower didn't work. This second room was in Hotel Valampuri just adjacent to Green grass and under same management. Happy with the stay.Food was nice. Good friendly service.

Der Putz fällt von den Wänden,die Badezimmer Armaturen fallen aus dem Halterungen kein Geruchverschluss es stinkt. Die Betten waren gut.

Friendly staff, but the rooms are small and not very clean. Ok restaurant and bar.

The premises across the hotel It is with great comfort & out door experience with in the boundaries of the hotel. The room is comfortable, it could be me, feeling a little clsustrophoebic without a window view totally blocked out by the new high rise building coming up.

It would have been better if the staff can communicate in English, as not all international visitors know Tamil.
