Partiamo da dire che la pulizia è insufficiente. i corridoi sono molto sporchi e si vede che non viene passato l'aspirapolvere tutti i giorni. I tavoli della colazione vengono puliti senza utilizzo di detergente. gli ascensori sono insufficienti così come la stanza della colazione. Per circa 400 camere i tempi di attesa dell'ascensore sono esagerati e lo spazio per la colazione ristretto. La colazione aveva una limitatissima scelta di frutta ed un solo gusto di yogurt, troppo poco. Interessante invece la omelette su richiesta; purtroppo però non sempre cotta correttamente (formaggio non sciolto e freddo da frigorifero). Poco flessibili: in famiglia in 4 ho prenotato due camere ma, non solo non erano vicine, erano su piani diversi e la mia richiesta di metterle almeno sullo stesso piano non è stata accettata. Doveva essere fatto senza domandare. il ristorante ha un menù molto limitato e poi, non è proprio un ristorante perchè si parla di un bancone da bar con 3/4 tavolini. La manutenzione dei due bagni non eccellente. da un hotel come questo mi aspetto molto di più

I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are extremely small, it was dirty upon arrival, floors were gross and did not appear to have been cleaned in some time, hair all over the bathroom, bugs stuck to the ceiling and the pillows smelled awful. They “cleaned” our room one day and it was still so gross, they only made the bed and changed out towels, they did not refill shampoo or conditioner.

Elevadores insuficientes

The location of this hotel could not be beat. With walking distance of attractions and close to subway stations and Penn station for trains (8 min walk). Breakfast had lots of choices and the happy hour was nice to have a drink and recharge. The only complaint is that the space for breakfast/happy hour is tight, lots of people and not much room (but it is in the middle of NY and space is premium). The staff at every turn were professional and pleasant. One thing to be aware of is the mandatory $30 resort charge PER DAY! You get the credit at the restaurant/bar but be aware - use it or lose it!

I did not like the staff in the business next door being able to see cleanly into my room, but that's the city for you!

Wait time to check in was weird l, staff not helpful even though we had already checked in and held bags while waiting for a room. Lack of seating in the few areas for “free” amenities. My room was handicapped and didn’t have a full length mirror. I was told all rooms have it but mine clearly didn’t. For the price point I paid I should have. I’ve stayed at embassy suites many times this isn’t a good one, even the free breakfast wasn’t good. The location was nice, it was close to the places I wanted to see.

L’unica cosa che si salva era la posizione, hotel sporco, addetti disorganizzati e poco disponibili, colazione pessima. Intimo usato trovato in camera, manca il set base di benvenuto che solitamente in un 4’ stelle dovrebbe esserci. Da evitare per i prezzi che chiedono

Fantastische lokatie, vriendelijk personeel, keurig schoon, maar verder niet teveel van het hotel verwachten. Kamers vrij klein, weinig water uit de douche, kleine ontbijtzaal, maar 3 liften voor 39 verdiepingen. Maar nogmaals: lokatie is top!

The staff are incredible. The room was clean and comfortable. Did I mention all the staff are incredible. They are extremely helpful and provide excellent customer service. The breakfast and evening reception are very busy and it is difficult to find a table at times and definitely worth attending.

Hotel was adequate...lots of construction out front...the patio on the pic is not complete...breakfast area is small...a city tax is added nightly and can be used at bar for drinks...staff was great...they did their best to make it papable...only minutes away from Empire State bldg... would I stay here again... probably not...I would explore other options...just my $0.02

Ótima estadia Começando pela localização privilegiada e próxima à vários pontos turísticos da cidade, a maioria dos locais visitados foi possível fazer andando poucas quadras, e quando precisávamos ir a um lugar mais longe, tivemos opção de utilizar o metrô com várias linhas disponíveis. Ainda sobre a localização, ao redor do hotel existem inúmeras opções de refeições, de A a Z, para todos os gostos. O Hotel conta com ótimos funcionários, desde os que nos recebem e ajudam com as malas, até aos atendendentes, camareiras e demais funcionários. O quarto é pequeno, porém bem dividido, para 2 adultos e uma uma criança não teve problemas. Ambiente limpo e agradável, camas confortáveis. O hotel precisa melhorar na quantidade de elevadores para os hóspedes, em alguns momentos esperamos de 10 a 15 mijnutos pelo elevador, e o espaço do café da manhã precisa ser ampliado por conta da quantidade de pessoas. No geral, essa estadia nos proporcionou momentos muito marcantes e foi fundamental para a experiência em New York ser inesquecível!

Hotel in pieno centro Manhattan, a 10 minuti a piedi da Times Square.Comodo e davvero ben posizionato, metro a 5 minuti. Stanza piccola per 3 persone, letto king + divano letto matrimoniale, fai fatica a muoverti, peccato. Punto di forza assoluto assieme alla posizioni è la colazione a buffet.Davvero ricca e abbondante sia dolce che salata si rimane sazi e si può saltare il pranzo!!

Zona molto comoda e ben servita, vicina a Times Square e alla quinta Avenue, fatto che fa passare in secondo piano alcuni difetti dell'hotel (per esempio la difficoltà a trovare posti liberi nella sala della colazione e la radio perennemente accesa ad altissimo volume negli spazi comuni).

The location of the hotel is excellent—just steps away from Bryant Park, Times Square, and other major attractions. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel includes some appealing perks like a daily cocktail hour and breakfast, along with a nightly bar credit. However, it’s important to note that these amenities are built into the steep room rate and extra charges that are incurred when you check in, so you're essentially paying for them in advance (even if you don't utilized them). Unfortunately, the value doesn't quite match the cost, particularly given the limited seating during breakfast and happy hour, and the long elevator waits, which can exceed 10 minutes during peak times. Guests on lower floors may not feel the impact as much, but if you're staying on a higher floor—like the 32nd—be prepared for significant delays, especially when checking out with luggage. We won't book this hotel again due to feeling so cramped everywhere. If you're looking for a hotel to spread out in and relax in common areas, this isn't it.

Despite having booked our stay here (and paying for it in full, and receiving confirmation from hotels.com), we did not stay here because hotels.com never confirmed our reservation with the hotel and the hotel was fully booked when we arrived. As a result, we ended up spending almost 2 hours in the lobby of the hotel, on the phone with hotels.com trying to get a reservation somewhere else nearby. The hotels.com rep was very nice and tried to be helpful but other hotels were booked as well. She also had to keep going back and forth between me and the various hotels she tried as she was trying to confirm availability. This ate up the bulk of our afternoon. There really was no excuse for this situation. Clearly this is a review for hotels.com rather than the hotel, though the hotel personnel did nothing to help us.

시설이 노후화된 곳들이 군데군데 있으며, 특히 욕실이 실망스러웠음. 조식은 딱 별 3개 혹은 4개의 다른 숙소처럼 선택이 거의 없는 딱 기본만 있음. 위치는 최고임.

It was wonderful!!

Hotel is in a great location and could walk most of my stay, Nadia was super helpful during check in, happy hour has a good buffet selection to snack on chips and salsa, yogurt and granola, popcorn, cheese cubes, fruit, and a soda fountain. I will definitely be back. Con to my stay- hairs in and out of shower could use a deep clean, sink stopper broken had to open with my hair clip, and floors had a residue but can be easily cleaned with Mr. Clean Antibacterial solution.

It was the perfect location for our first trip to NY
