The breakfast was great, nice staff! The daily “urban fee” was explained at move in: very odd. We could get $30 of the $50 back if we ate in the heist restaurant/bar. Not convenient or that good. 1/2 hour to prepare a salad. Front desk staff not very friendly.

Rooms were extremely small and cramped for a “suite”.

Our room included a sleeper sofa, which worked well for the third person. The room had a six-foot divider wall, which made it feel like two room in one. We appreciated the mini fridge and microwave in the room, too. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus, and the omelet station was an added bonus! Took advantage of the nightly happy hour, too.

We had a great day. The service was very good. It was nice to have the happy hour and the breakfast was excellent. My only issue was the blow dryer in my room wasn’t working. It was blowing out cold air no hot air and my hair was a mess.

House keeping is awful

Séjour au 38eme, superbe vue. Un trés bon séjour, un personnel agréable. Au milieu de tout,metro à 3mn à pied, Herald ou Pen Station. Juste peut-être, manque de rangement dans la chambre type placard ou autre...

The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived early before check in and the hotel held our luggage until check in time so we could start sight seeing. Our room was very clean. The location was very convenient to Times Square. Breakfast was pretty good. The area where breakfast was served was small so it was sometimes difficult to find seating. Overall we had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Decent breakfast. Be aware of unexpected holding fees when you choose to pay at the hotel. Was also randomly charged after I had checked out. Sent in a dispute. Ok place nonetheless. Decently priced for New York

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed being in the thick of it all! Our room had issues with the toilet and housekeeping never came our last day when requested. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were smaller than other Embassy Suites, but that's to be expected in NYC. The breakfast buffet was not as robust as other Embassy Suites. We were unaware of the $30 daily resort fee which was shown as "if applicable". Excellent views of the Empire State Building!!!! Early check-in was a bonus! Heat, AC, good water pressure, and comfy bed! Overall, a good stay and we would stay, again.
