Room wasn't ready until 4:45 pm The one who checked me in from the front desk was not polite at all :(

The hotel was fantastic, the room was very clean and smelt nice. The location is perfect. The food is great quality. The only complaint that my family had was only one front desk hotel staff was polite and helpful, all the other ones were rude and acted like you were bothering them if you asked a question. As nice as the hotel and the room were we won’t be staying again.

I loved that it was beachfront, and i had an amazing view of the fireworks being launched from the pier. However, there were several issues. The day we checked in, they were testing the fire alarm. It was supposed to stop by 2pm. It didnt stop until aroubd 6:30p.m. We were forced to stay outside because of the constant loud noise. After a 13 hour drive, I really wanted a nap. And once they quit testing the fire alarm system, they tested the elevators, making them inoperable from about 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Not bad but we were on the 5th floor, so after the long drive and no rest, had no choice but to go up 5 floors on the stairs. Next issue, towels. There were 5 of us. We started off with 3 towels. Asked for more. Was assured we'd be brought 2 more. Never happened. The 5 days we stayed, we had to constantly beg for enough towels for eberyone to be able to shower. Can't remember how many times we were told they were completely out of towels. If you don't have enough towels then buy more! Last but not least, the room was not sufficiently clean. The duvets came out of their covers and they were not clean. They had dried up brown "funk" on one and the other was gross as well. We found hairs in the beds, and our sheets were stained. There was either feces or animal food on the floor. For $400+/night, these things shouldn't have been issues! This was our first time staying here, and our last. I've stayed beachfront every year, at less expensive places with zero issues.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff was lovely and my son liked how much staff was around and how safe he felt goin back and forth from pool. The only problem wash getting towels and rags .

I was pleasantly surprised by our state at Hampton Inn suite beachfront. The facility was very clean. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was good such a great value.

I like it was on the beach and it was newer hotel, I didnt like the staff, most were rude and unfriendly and not helpful. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days and room was never cleaned except trash taken out. I had to ask on the 4 th day to have our clean room. All they did was makeup bed and take trash out. I specifically ask for floors to be cleaned they were not. PAID 349.00 A NITE Will NOT be BACK. Never had hotel desk so unhelpful. I guess they think they dont have to be. Just very sad when you spend that kind of money for a room and feel like you are doing them a favor. When I got in the shower from walking on those floors black dirt came off my feet. I had tennis shoes and took them off to get in shower. I asked why cups were not in bathroom and the front desk person was very rude and said they didnt supply cups. I just needed one to take my medicine . All of the front desk were just not helpful at all. Never been to hotel with that kind of rate that was so unhelpful, Beds were note comfortable. Pool was always shaded and not enough chairs. Never able to get in pool unless I wanted to stand up.

The continental breakfast, the offers for water activities were nice, but i would have loved more activities insite.

The staff was amazing in Panama City. My family and I enjoyed our vacation. Hampton is my favorite place to stay wherever I go but the staff in Panama City was absolutely amazing.

Was right on the beach an a special treat was the protected sea turtle nest.

I enjoyed my stay. The environment was relaxing, the room was clean, excellent service was provided, the breakfast was great, and the view of the ocean was amazing. I love the text service that allows the hotel to check in on guests.

Good location right on the beach. The room could have been cleaner. The whole bathroom had quite a few dirty smudges on the door and bathtub. Beds were mostly comfortable. Balcony furniture was mildewed. It was nothing too major. My family enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great! They do charge for parking which I don’t remember being told beforehand. All in all, it’s a decent place to stay right on the beach and about a half mile from Pier Park.

You shouldn’t be charged $20 a day to park in the garage because there is no other parking available

I loved the cleanness of the rooms and properly and the parking was great , since I didn’t have to park on the street

We had a wonderful stay. The kids really loved the breakfast buffet and making their own waffles.

Loved how easy it was to get to beach! Also beach towels and 2nd floor walking path to parking garage.

Aside from the fact that we waited for almost 2 hours to get to our room, which was waiting for inspections, everything was great! The hotel is in the perfect location. Everything is close by, including dining and other activities. We stayed on the 7th floor, and it was very quiet. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
