did not like the room was meant to be a standard double but was more like a single with a double bed in it and the windows where so dirty you could not see out of them and as for the toilet when sat on the toilet your knees hit the wall

Second time in 2 months ive stayed here. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff are very friendly. I definitely would recommend.

Close to all amenities, 10 mins walk to seafront, 5 mins to Houndshill shopping centre. Hotel is excellent, friendly helpful staff. Good food and food entertainment every night. Highly recommend

Staff absolutely so lovely, everyone friendly, food really nice, good night in watching the turns playing bingo, made to feel welcome even with the young lads serving in the dining room, would def recommend and will definitely go back, asked to borrow a iron within 5 minutes i had a iron and board brought to my room, beautiful rooms very clean, dont think you would find anywhere as nice and friendly as you do at this hotel

The Staff were very Polite & friendy The room was large with a Shower Cubicle in a quiet postion Entertainment was excellent menu Choice small but fresh food Very good price £23 for 3 courses Location excellant for the Winter Gardens Grand Ballroom Promenade Hotel has 3 bars 2 lifts & an outside verandah Prices much Cheaper than dien South where we live Would return to the Hotel If returning to Blackpoo Jl .
