Overall the stay was great, and the value was excellent. Breakfast could have been better, offer something hot; the boil eggs were cold..keep them in a warmer..

The property itself was adequate. You certainly don't want to come for the charm. But shower gel empty and NO BATH TOWELS?!?!? The response at the desk was... unimpressive.

This is a comfortable, no-frills hotel for pet owners. There are grassy areas in back to walk dogs where bags are provided. A coffee station in the lobby offers coffee and hot water all day but no coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast is offered but it is cold breakfast only.

Everything was great the breakfast was pretty bad just yogurt, cereal and come bagels. Everything else was great

The hotel was very hot. We got to our room and it would not cool down. The staff was less than pleasant especially the staff at the breakfast area.

The walls are paper thin. We had a room with an adjoining door the room next to us. It was terrible. We could hear all their conversations late into the night. I felt like they were right in our room.

Ok hotel. Hallways needed swept. Our toilet paper holder fell apart. Shower needed caulked.

The shampoo and body wash in the shower were completely empty. We didn’t pack any because the last time we stayed, we seen that was an available amenity. Breakfast was great!

Staff was friendly. No shampoo in the room, pool was dirty and the floor above us was LOUD all night even after asking the front staff to quiet them.

Property was nice and room was clean upon check-in but 3 night stay and beds were never made up and w never had any fresh towels. I had to get fresh towels from the front desk on the 3rd night.

Very restful sleep. Gentleman at check in was very pleasant. Will stay here again. Room was clean. Would suggest maybe more of breakfast selection. Waffles? 😊

Our room did not have any soap in it. Rather than a bar of hand soap at the sink there was liquid lotion and there was liquid lotion in the shower rather than soap. We were traveling late and I had to go to the front desk to ask for soap, and he could barely come up with a couple little bars.

Good: Friendly staff Great location Bad: Cleanliness of the room (especially the bathroom) Availability of our room (it was not ready until much later than 3pm) At this price point ($250+/night) + in this area, I would have expected more.

Staff was not welcoming. Seemed like you had to talk to them before they would talk to you. Desk attendant at checkout with too much lipstick didnt say a word. Not a friendly place

The free breakfast was worth the cost. Watery OJ and Coffee. Nothing nice to eat. The room had no regular chair, only a stool.

Absolutely the loudest hotel with the rudest guests ever. And the elevator dinged all night. Pretty sure the hotel was built with plywood because I heard everything upstairs and the hallway was full of loud people and ridiculousness. Kids running through the halls, stomping at all hours of the night from upstairs too. Ridiculous that I heard all that. The room was ok, but I'll never stay there again, not at that price!!! They should be ashamed of not having any rules for their guests too.
