Quiet facility great staff

Got an upgrade to the Executive suite which was fantastic! Thank you. As expected, it was very quiet in the hotel due to Ramadhan. The spa facilities are for men only. I understand, however for such a grand hotel it would seem reasonable to have 2 spas for female/male or alternatively different times? Morning / Afternoon for male/female and alternate? No pool or anything else. 2 days was plenty. Rooms, foyers, everything was grand! They set up the smaller club area for all hotel guests breakfast as there was only a small number of guests at the hotel .No other hotel amenities/ entertainment/ classes.

My stay in the King Sea View Room at The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah was exceptional from start to finish. The room itself was spacious, elegant, and immaculately maintained, with a stunning panoramic view of the Red Sea that made both sunrise and evening relaxation unforgettable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the marble bathroom felt luxurious and serene. The service truly stood out — attentive without being intrusive, professional yet genuinely warm. Every interaction reflected the high standard you expect from The Ritz-Carlton brand. Housekeeping was consistent and detailed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and refined. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this room offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and breathtaking views. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

Everything stands out, and then some! The staff are beyond professional, extremely helpful and extremely friendly. It felt like we had a personal hotel. Room size, very generous, spotlessly clean and the bed amongst the best I have ever slept in.

Very clean room with beautiful View. The staff was very professional and caring about our comfort. They acted beyond expectations to make our Anniversary stay at the Ritz very special. I highly recommend staying at Ritz-Carlton Jeddah. Thank you

Excellent hotel from all aspects

It was totally without chsrm, the service was unengaged and poor. Rooms tacky and very dark. To be in yhe 5 star group of hotels it was the of the more expensive ones. Go to Ritz Carlton or Rosewood instead.
