Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor

The hotel was clean the staff were friendly, there English was a limited. The pool was in the shade 90% of the time and had limited sun beds.We felt the hotel was more geared for Indian guests.

Clean rooms, nice staff

Staff very friendly. We had an issue with air conditioning but it got sorted straightaway. Close to the beach and some local restaurants.

Dining room was very tired (stains on seats)

Staff are good But property is very old, not clean. No hygiene. I checkout one day early. Bad smell in rooms.

Nothing was promising 1. When we walkedbin to the room AC was not functioning, they have taken 4 hours to fix and it was not cooling properly 2. Shower was very bad and water was coming in only few 3. Complementary breakfast was not gret and very few options, no hygiene maintained. Not value for money,Over all experience it was loke guesthouse

Overpriced and mold in bathroom corners. Horrible in a 4 star hotel. Room did not smell good. View from room also very bad.

I wonder how this property is rates so highly!! Filthy, stained surfaces in the room, dirty bathroom. What can be worse than finding random packaging and barcode stickers by previous occupants on the bathroom door- clearly no attention has been given to cleaning. While the staff was courteous the property needs much attention. During the current pandemic times, unclean surrounds is the last thing anyone would want. Additionally, for 7K a night, the place is indeed a great thumbs down. Wouldn’t recommend.

The staff were very helpful. Paying for the internet in this day and age is ridiculous! The beach is far away and when you get there, there is not much to do! There is also nothing to do near to the hotel!

Staff were rude, check out is at 10am and the general facilities were old and outdated
