Fantastic stay!!!!! Loved the staff!!! They were like family. Rooms are incredible!!

Naia resort was just what we were looking for! It is absolutely magical. Our beach front bungalow was truly breathtaking. It was immaculate, well kept, looked brand new even though it is ten years old and sooooo spacious. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows and soft cotton bedding. The outdoor shower was the best!!!!! Oh, if only we could have one at home. Housekeeping came every day and did a splendid job. We are neat freaks and it was just perfect! The grounds are meticulously cared for and truly magnificent! Such a treat to walk out of the bungalow straight to the ocean. The staff and all the employees are sooooo friendly and helpful. They were just a delight to be around. In fact, I asked the gentleman at the front desk to open up the gift shop for me so that I could purchase some aloe vera gel for a pretty bad sunburn...he quickly opened it and I picked up the bottle of gel and he asked if I would prefer the all-natural route. Of course I was delighted to and within two minutes he was back with a beautiful piece of an aloe vera plant that they grow by their little greenhouse. It was truly a lifesaver - first time I have burned that bad and NOT blistered!!! And the FOOD!!! The food is amazing!!! Compliments to the chef!!!! The waiters are super nice and genuinely concerned about your experience - each and every meal. They are truly experts at their craft. Excellent fitness center too! We didn't even leave the resort once because it was so perfect and relaxing.

Wow - this place is AH-mazing! We simply had the best time at Naia. We stayed in the beach bungalows which were beautiful and spacious rooms - the bathrooms were perfectly laid out. I especially loved the covered patio on the from with a table and chairs so we could sit outside and play cards and have drinks. The property is well taken care of and the staff is always cleaning up the beach and making sure the place looks top notch. The staff is wonderful, remembering our names and favorite drinks - such nice people. We also did a couple's spa day which was the ultimate treat - what an unforgettable experience. Naia is a special place and we plan on returning again. Thank you to the incredible staff for making our trip and Naia perfect!

The staff was amazing and the room and beach were beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestions I would make: 1. Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. Once when we were on our way out, another couple sat in ours and the staff told us they would move us to other chairs which I thought was inappropriate considering we were guests paying for 11 days. 2. One of the cleaning ladies mopped one side of the bedroom, then the porch (which has mud and bird droppings) then came in and mopped the other side. Maybe others don’t care but this is not clean to me. She should have wet the mop again at minimum. Other than that I highly recommend this resort as it was in a great location and really relaxing and beautiful!

Loved individual cottages. Beautiful landscape personnel very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make you happy. Would definitely return

I didn’t like that I was nickel and dimed for everything. We were a group of 5 and went into the village one night requesting a pickup for after hours that we were told would be 30BZD. When we returned each room was charged for the ride which was not indicated beforehand. I think this was unfair. Although the food was good there was not enough of a variety. They should think about implementing daily specials. There was no entertainment or group activities. I would not stay here again or recommend it. It’s overpriced

Right on the beach. Amazing/beautiful private bungalows with incredible outdoor shower. Great service. Free to use bikes & water sports. Spa-like swimming pool. On-site dining & drinks. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this place! It was quiet, relaxing, beautiful with amazing service. Everyone was so friendly, kind and very helpful. The concierge helped set us up with excursions, fun adventure plans and answered all our questions. Our favorite part was that our perfect studio was right on the beach and had it's own porch looking out on to the ocean. We loved having our coffee out there every morning to watch the sun rise. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Vélos en libre service pour se rendre à la chambre. Voiturettes de golf à disposition aussi sur demande. Service de shuttle gratuit pour se rendre à Placencia. On recommande !
